From the quoting process to finished service - the Preferred Airduct Cleaning team was top notch. Theresa came to do the quote and was prompt and courteous. The price was less than half of what my HVAC company quoted. Since I am an environmental specialist I work with baghouses all the time- I just didn't expect to see them upside down and coming out of the top of the service van. This is no shop vac service! This is serious air cleaning. Well done!

Jesse and his team were great to work with. Our home is older and was a rental for several years so we are very glad they were able to come out and clean our vents out. Technicians were knowledgeable and explained what they were doing. Our air purifiers are already showing better air quality. The air feels better and smells much nicer. Our ducts had never been cleaned and were pretty ick. We felt like the service was great and reasonably priced!

I was very pleased with my service. Our house was built in 1994 and had never had the duct work cleaned. Like most homeowners, one doesn't think about having it done. I had the duct work cleaned for both the upstairs and downstairs units. The company owner, Jesse was here with 2 staff persons, Ted and Jeremy. They were very polite and professional the entire time. Each step I was told what was being done and then showed before and after pictures during the process. I was shocked by the difference. I have received all the pictures from each vent and units. They cleaned, sanitized, and deordorized each supply vent and return vent. It was a high priority to make sure my floors and furniture were not scratched nor broken. It took approximately 4.5 hours to do both levels. Once completed, they did a final walk through the house, moved furniture back in place and vacuumed any mess created. I give them an A+ and highly recommend Preferred Air Duct Cleaning.

Free estimate! Quickly scheduled and a very nice professional and very courteous crew came out with 2 trucks. They were set up quickly, all ducts, returns and vents cleaned, sanitized and left my home spotless as if they’d never been there! Fresh clean smell also remains hours later after they left! Highly recommend this team for all your air duct system cleaning needs!

I used them for years. Had been very satisfied. Had a maintenance agreement. Found out that they were not doing what they were supposed to do as a part of that maintenance agreement. Contacted them about it. First they wanted to argue about it but then said they would refund half my payment. Check came. It was less than half but it wasn’t worth contacting them about. They said they have new mgmt. I hope they have a way to follow up on what their technicians do. I was really saddened. I had always liked them but cannot use them again.

Sped past our house 4 times before we finally had to flag him down (our house is in a subdivision and clearly marked). He was here for maybe 15 mins if that, only hooked up one pressure tester. We were told that there is a leak but he doesn't know where it is (he didn't take anything apart to even look)but 9/10 its the outside unit. Then immediately said we have get a whole new unit since ours is probably at least 25 years old (our house was built in 2009). Put us on the phone with his boss to get an estimate which was $8499. Before letting us go he thanked my husband calling him Jeff multiple times (his name is not Jeff). We asked if we could replace any parts or was there any other options we were told no but there is a $89 fee for the "diagnostic". Will definitely NEVER be calling them to fix anything again. I would at least liked to get an actual diagnosis of the problem is I already knew it was leaking before we called them, so we learned nothing new. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

We use Combs Heating and Air for our furnace and air conditioning maintenance and repair. The staff is friendly and efficient. Mike did an excellent job of completing our fall furnace maintenance. They are always professional, efficient, and completed the job on a timely manner. We will continue to use Combs for our service.

Combs installed our HVAC system roughly 3 years ago, and it has been sub par since day one. They improperly installed our units and nearly caused a fire in our breaker box. Now I have a problem with my mini split that they installed, and am told that they “don’t work on mini splits”. What a joke.

Combs has been servicing my Mothers Heating and Air conditioning system for over 2 decades. They are honest, dependable and experts at what they do. Mike and Sean just completed another great job today.

Mike was very knowledgeable and fixed problem quickly.

I had called two other HVAC companies before Combs Heating and Air, and both companies gave wrong diagnostics of my heat pump. But when Mike showed up, he found the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it in less than an hour, and it only cost me less than $200. I will always call them when I have any problem with my unit.

Travis came to our house right on time for our annual HVAC fall check. He was professional and polite. He serviced the furnace, was tidy and left no mess behind. He also serviced my mother-in-laws furnace and displayed the same professionalism. Arrived on time, polite, tidy, answered questions and left no mess. I would highly recommend Travis/Combs to others looking for yearly, bi-annual HVAC checks.
