Two if the nicest young men that i have met lately showed up to work on my project. They were prompt and efficient. In very short order they had us working again. Dad should be very proud of his sons.

Genesis installed my Ford EV charger. They arrived on time and did a fine job of the installation. After the install, they pointed out a problem with the grounding of the garage sub panel. I agreed for them to repair this for a cost of $125. The repair then took less than 5 min and used one screw and a piece of scrap wire to change to ground wire. I felt completely ripped off since I had just paid over $1000 for them to install a charger and they were already at the property and had the panel open. This should have been corrected as part of the installation. So in the end, they made an extra $125 but lost any potential future business from me or anyone who asks me about the experience.

Extraordinary service all around. Fan installation went well - Noah was on time, very efficient and professional. He recommended needed upgrades to switch and gave us several options. Genesis communicates very effectively and has transperant pricing.

I have used Genesis Electric for several things. They upgraded 3 outside lights for us, 6 inside lights and 3 ceiling fans. We also had them fix and upgrade the wiring for our pool. We have had Caleb, James and Noah before and I’m sure a couple others that I don’t remember their name and they all were excellent! Definitely will continue to use them for anything electrical and will refer others to them

I was so pleased with the service. Chris and Mike text me to let me know when they were on the way and they were early for the appointment. Both Mike and Chris were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will only use Genesis Electrical Svc. In the future. If you want quality service at a great price call Genesis.

Mark was professional at installing my new exhaust fans in 2 bathrooms. Answered my questions and was real knowledgeable. Both guys at my house were great! Would definitely use them again in the future.

Arrived promptly at the designated time. Technicians were friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. They uncovered an out-of-code issue and informed me of my options. They not only took care of that issue, but helped me with a light fixture that had come unattached from its ceiling base.....at no charge! My initial job request was completed perfectly!

Genesis was excellent to work with. They were friendly on the phone and helped answer any of my questions. They got an electrician out to me very promptly and he (Mark) was fantastic! Technician came to my house on 1/26 to troubleshoot a flickering light switch and recessed light that was not working. Charged me an $80 troubleshooting fee and told me the switch was fine and but the recessed light was bad and needed replaced.

I purchased a replacement light and the problem remained, plus the switch stopped working within two weeks.

I called Genesis to have a tech revisit my house to address what they missed the first time and was told it would be an additional $80 troubleshooting fee.

So I paid you once to come to the house, you clearly didn't address the initial problem, and now you want to charge me a second time to figure out what you missed the first time? When asking to speak to a manager, I was told they were all busy but the woman taking my call stated she spoke with the manager and there would still be a fee.

Needless to say, I found a different electrician.

This one determined that my recessed light worked JUST FINE and that there was an issue with the wiring behind the switch (the neutral wire was not securely connected).

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH GENESIS ELECTRIC. Poor customer service and I don't trust their electricians nor their management.

Very knowledgeable electrician. I was disappointed that two out of four outlets were not working. I assumed the electrician checked this prior to leaving.

My first experience with Mark and Cody was EXCELLENT! I left a voice msg at 7:15 am and called back at 8am to follow up. They found my lost neutral in less than 2 hours and repaired. I thought the rates were very reasonable and the techs were very knowledgeable and cleaned and reattached all outlets and ceiling fan back for full power. I will call in the future!!
