You guys were amazing! I mean I called last minute desperately seeking for a cleaner since my previous cleaners were not effective with confirming an arrival TIME. I was able to get a deep clean for my Airbnb Listing that had a booking schedule for 4pm. Truly lifesavers.

Nick and his crew were very friendly and did a great job washing our two story house and concrete patio. He was nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The brick looks brand new! They removed most of the debris as much as they could from the gutters complimentary. Thank you again!

The facilities were in excellent shape. Very clean and provided with all amenities I could need. Cleanest AirBnb that I’ve ever been in. 10/10 would absolutely recommend again!

**Edited to respond to owners review response: I’ve included a text screenshot with the owner to prove that this review was not posted 6 months after the service but a matter of days. This was the first of many harassing texts and phone calls. He mentions in the text that they don’t clean under ovens but it is clearly stated in the Deep Clean PDF. (PDF photos included.) If we would have known at any point someone had a personal emergency we would have completely understood and rescheduled. We were told multiple times that day not to worry she was still coming but by the end of the day never showed. Her emergency was never once communicated that day or after the review was posted which further adds to the deception of the company. It is impossible for one person to do everything listed on the PDF in a matter of a few hours and instead of admitting she was not coming, he just pretended everything was completed on his own. No walk through with the list in hand. Nothing. After realizing the situation we knew working with this dishonest company any further was not in our best interest.**

Incredibly disappointed with not only the Deep Clean service but the professionalism of the company.
We recently moved to Indiana and were excited to work with this new company after the warm conversation I had with the owner Nick while booking. On the day of the service Leavenick arrived at our home and got right to work upstairs informing us that the owner was on his way to assist with the deep cleaning. After several hours I checked back in and Nick told me Leavenick was going to be performing the service on her own by her own request after stating our house was in “mild condition” then he would come by for an inspection afterwards. While our house was not super dirty, the Deep Clean PDF was almost 6 pages long. There is no way 1 person could do all that in a matter of hours. This proved to be true after we got home to discover over half of the items had not been touched, she was on speaker phone most of the clean and came to find out her vacuum was broken so nothing was vacuumed. She apparently thought this was just a Basic Clean but I would not have even accepted that after what we saw. I texted the owner right away and he said he was on his way to inspect multiple times. After communicating back and forth despite being “on his way,” we settled on a time for him/another woman to reclean the following day. This was upsetting as we had guests arriving in town but we knew it would take a full day to rectify the situation.
Putting our trust in the company one last time the owner arrived the following afternoon saying the other woman was on her way to help. A few hours later we found out that yet again the Deep Clean service would be done solo because the other woman apparently got into a car accident on the way to our house. Based on the number of excuses I had already heard from this company I found that hard to believe. By the time he was done at 7pm we were so ready to have the house back so our guests could come back inside to enjoy dinner that I only did a quick glance over the house. Based on what we saw the day before it looked a lot better on the surface. It wasn’t until the following day that we realized between the 2 days maybe 70% of the entire PDF was completed. A few examples: the cabinets weren’t cleaned, the bottom of the stove wasn’t wiped out because the stove cleaner leaked all over our pans ruining one, fridge/freezer was quickly wiped, nothing was taken out for a full clean, the playroom wasn't vacuumed at all, guest bathroom was not moped and tub not scrubbed. It was made clear that the employees and the owner were not fully aware of what their services entail.
Overall I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the reliability/communication level from the employees and the owner. I’m also disappointed in myself for trusting that this service would be fully completed in two days.
