Outstanding service and follow up from the staff! I am so extremely happy to have found them! Their cleaning staff do an extremely professional job and thoroughly clean my house! I would highly recommend this company as their service is above and beyond expectations!! I have used them for about a year and will continue using them! My house sparkles when they leave!!!

Stellar work — floors were thoroughly mopped <3, carpets vacuumed, even the cat tree looked excellent after the team was done with it. Bathroom was squeaky clean. Super glad to have their help!

The two workers were pleasant and thorough as they cleaned house from ceiling to floor. Their supervisor stopped by when they were nearly finished. She checked their work in great detail. We asked about getting our epoxy garage floor mopped and they got that done no problem! Planning to continue with bi-weekly cleanings.

We evaluated nine local cleaning companies through Angi's List before making our decision, and we're glad we chose Plan: B. From the start, Leigh, the company's initial and main contact, was fantastic to work with. She is professional, friendly, and an excellent representative for Plan: B. We also appreciated the opportunity to meet the owner, Ben, before finalizing our choice. He impressed us as someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service to his customers.

Since hiring Plan: B, we've had different cleaners, all of whom have been terrific. On their first visit, a supervisor came by to check the work of the two women who cleaned our home. We appreciated that attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a desire to ensure satisfied clients. We suspect that any cleaner with Plan: B would be great, but we've specifically requested Mikhalee for our ongoing cleanings, and she has been exceptional.

From her very first visit to clean, Mikhalee treated our home as if it were her own. She went above and beyond, thoroughly cleaning everything, even in hidden spots. I came downstairs to find her on her hands and knees, carefully removing smudges off the baseboards and cleaning out-of-the-way areas.

Mikhalee never leaves until both she and we are satisfied with her work, and it shows in the attention to detail she puts into every cleaning. We are very pleased with the service we've received from Plan: B, and we couldn't recommend them more highly!

I had a deep clean done on my home, Plan B did an exceptional job. Jazlyn, Abby, and Kaitlyn came in as a great team and did a wonderful job. Also had my fridge and oven cleaned and they look like new!! I would highly recommend this company! Thanks Plan B!

I hired Plan B for biweekly cleaning of my home. I chose them over several others because of their professionalism. We set up a date for the initial deep cleaning. The two cleaners were here for 3 hours and did an excellent job. They were very nice too. I was very happy with the results.

Absolutely amazing service!! This is my first cleaning service. I explored a few options(top rated companies), there were a few others that were slightly cheaper, but the level of service and communication with the lower priced companies were terrible. I originally was looking for the lower cost, but ended up spending just a little bit more for absolutely amazing quality and service and I do not regret it at all!!! I work in sales and the attention to detail, legit love and support you get from Plan B was above and beyond! Miss Leigh specifically was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, made me feel SO comfortable and reassured me of their quality and premium services and answered my many questions and outcome was NOT was I was expecting. It was 10x better than what I expected!! The level of communication and care………absolutely amazing. They will be my only cleaning family.

**As an update, I received service on 9/19, and as of 9/30, these issues are still unresolved. I have yet to speak to any management. The company relayed that they would refund 20% of the cost of this IF and only if I deleted my review.

I will let the “after” photos here speak for themselves. I paid for a deep clean. The company and the two person team knew I was hosting an event in my home the next day. They stayed for 3 hours max, again for a deep clean (and I think 3 hours is a generous estimate).

I called to complain and submitted photos, and the solution was to send one person out to finish the job. The end result was that I spent the evening deep cleaning at least 3 of the 7 rooms I needed cleaned myself, and paid over $300 for entire rooms to be untouched.

Super great job super friendly and affordable. Cant recommend anyone better than them.
