Had a great experience with Plan B cleaning! Very professional, timely and did a great job. I have no complaints after doing a walkthrough with them. We had unfortunate weather where they had to reschedule but they got me in quick due to my deadline for move out. Very grateful for that. They are very reasonably priced (1000sqft for $360 which included my oven and fridge)

I had Plan B cleaning for the first time this month and I would recommend them highly. I have had other cleaning companies that have not been as thorough as this group. Their supervisor came and checked the first cleaning to be sure I was satisfied and I also received an email wanting to know my experience.

Plan B did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning my home from a move out/home sale. They were thorough, timely, and paid great attention to detail. I could not be more pleased with the work they provided. The home was 7 bedrooms and a lot of grown to cover. They sent a team of 4 and spent several hours cleaning. They cleaned the refrigerators, cabinets, baseboards. I felt the price was very reasonable. I’d call them again if needed. They were AWESOME!

This was my first time using this service and I’m very pleased. I don’t think my home has ever looked better. The floors really shine! They were here right on time and worked steadily for about 4 1/2 hours giving me a deep clean which is offered for new clients. I will definitely be using them again!

The deep clean service was acceptable however we were not pleased with the regular cleaning. Two different people reached out to try to determine if they would be able to meet our cleaning standards. While we decided to leave this service, we appreciate the communication and doing every they could to make it better.

Plan B is fantastic. They are always pleasant, timely, do a great job cleaning and are willing to work around our schedule. They pay attention to detail and we love coming home to a spot-free home. Our cleaner is usually Kiki and she is the BEST!!

I feel like they did a good job for it being the first deep clean, but I did notice some things that were missed in rooms that they spent a lot of time in and it felt like attention to detail may have been lacking. It also felt as though the second cleaner was intentionally being slow and not getting stuff done which ended up leaving my kitchen rushed and not looking as great as I’d hoped. Overall they still did a decent job, especially on some of the harder places like the bathrooms.

They were very thorough and kind; when I came home from work, their cleaning completely surpassed my expectations! Thank you!

The team did a good job! We had our basement finished so overall, the house was dusty and needed a deep cleaning. The team at Plan B did a good job and were friendly and quick to respond on a few areas we addressed that were missed the first time through. They made sure to make up for it and ensure our deep clean was done to our satisfactory!
