After an encounter with this company today with an employee wow very rude
-
We at Baumgartner Asphalt had good luck with them. Jack Miller was point of contact
-
There van and truck drivers are always speeding and tailgating.
Not very nice. Don't recommend. -
I have seen there work up front and behind the scenes. It is a great business
-
Be careful, they like to half a** a lot of there work. Just so u can call em again and pay for another service call. I learned this while working there.
-
The office personnel are great people.
-
I've delivered here twice now. Both times with a single a/c unit. They only have one person unloading and I guess loading trucks. It takes forever to get 1 a/c unit unloaded.
-
Watch out if you are driving south on toll 130 to Austin in Texas one of there drivers is driving fast and not using blinker and tail gating and cutting people off.
-
I have used Deem many many times but I have to say that John and Buddy are the best of the best. Honest, wholesome and one of a kind guys. I appreciate all your Amazing Help my friends.

Just had a Dream LLC van tailgate me down broad ripple avenue with my kid in the car, they honked rolled their window down and yelled at me while driving by. Not professional at all.
-
They quoted me 1600 for a plumbing job 4 days ago. It was a father and son team. The son has posted on his Facebook page that he works for Deem LLC. I put a post up on Facebook saying I needed help with my plumbing so my kids could come home. He told me him and his dad could do the job. They showed up in a Deem plumbing van. I'm thinking great I'm in good hands. They took 450 dollars for materials 4 days ago. I haven't seen them since. He told me he was here one night when I was at work and cut all the pipes out. I see no evidence of that though. He told me all day yesterday he would be here. Nope. He said he would be here at 8 this morning. I still haven't seen him. I'm getting ready to call Deem and see if I need to sue. The name of the father and son team was Alan and Bryce Troxell

Horrible Customer Service reps, Lack Communication skills, Personable Skills, Lack of Understanding, Patience, Empathy, Sympathy and Respect.
Whoever is in charge of these reps needs to take ACCOUNTABILITY AND OWNERSHIP this and start reviewing their calls and have a proper procedure on how to address customers because it’s that bad. -
Give Hershel Lile a raise best guy I've ever talked too
-
Deem has been a very reliable and professional business. A great pleasure to do business with. Their technicians are careful to thoroughly diagnose the issues at hand rather than just throwing parts at the problem. They are the ONLY ones I call for HVAC, mechanical, and kitchen equipment.

employees are on their phone while driving the company van
-
I was driving down on I69 at Fishers and one of your vans just recklessly cuts over into my land and almost pushed me off the interstate. I don't know about most of your services but your drivers need to follow the rules of the road and make sure they are clear before changing lanes. The way the van with the red back ground and white numbers of 1475 on the back door almost crashed into my car and almost shoved me off the road.
-
Thanks Kelly for your help with the PO at Pep Boys stay warm
-
Im glad you have workers driving your vehicles with your company name on it making it easy to complain about someones careless driving in a construction zone! Speeding, improper lane usage. Cutting me off when he knew that lane was ending in the construction zone. His careless could've caused an accident if i didn't avoid him from hitting me.
-
Driver aggressively merged in bad weather conditions almost causing a wreck. Noticed driver was using phone while driving.
-
It’s shocking to see another review about your drivers. I was cut off the other morning twice, within inches, clearly the driver was trying to cause an accident. Who hires drivers like this? And what kind of a person would play deadly games on the road, highly unethical! Who would ever trust this person to do work for them! Be careful!

i recently had a 36' air conditioning system installed in my home by rr hvac solutions - air conditioning & heat. the overall experience was satisfactory. here are a few positive aspects i noticed: 1. the estimation was done at no charge and bradley, the gentleman who came for the estimation, was very thorough. he inspected the attic, took measurements, and explained everything in detail, answering all my queries promptly. 2. jonah and his team took great care to protect the countertop with painters tape, a drop cloth, and a wooden board. 3. they also covered parts of the floor with a drop cloth. 4. all the waste was neatly disposed of into the ac unit's boxes. 5. they also meticulously cleaned the ac unit with a suitable cleaner after installation. there were a few minor issues: 1. i had asked for my ac system to be centered, but it was slightly off by an inch. i didn't notice this at first glance after they finished their job. however, i understand that rectifying this would require removing and reinstalling the entire system. 2. the ductwork's ceiling penetration was not air-sealed, which could potentially allow attic air to seep into the house. a sealant or foam could be used to prevent this. 3. the electrical connection was not correctly attached to the junction box. 4. the team walked through the house with their shoes on, without using shoe covers. despite these minor issues, the overall experience was positive. i would consider choosing rr hvac solutions for any future ac repair or installation work.
