They were friendly when they showed up. It was a $100 charge to look at HVAC and they said someone would call about estimate. No one did, but they did send an email with estimate which was very pricey. Not sure I would recommend.

Darren Noel is most conscientious and thorough, tested pressure differentials between the intake chamber and an exit duct, even sealed both holes, and completed his checkup within about one hour. Even helped dragging a 100' water hose through my home to help him clean the outside heat pump. Thank You. You're hired.

Besides the great service and introducing the technician who will be coming on a text message ahead of time, I really really like that I can trust they will not cheat me by adding unnecessary 'extras' that I can't prove or disprove I need beyond what I called them for. So unlike many other companies I have used in the past. Because they are willing to tell me what I DON"T need, I know if the day comes when they tell me this time I DO need more than I expected, I can trust that too. I highly recommend them

I've used HomeSense for upgrading my AC and doing regularly scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system. They're highly professional and detail-oriented, because they focus on things like properly sizing the AC system using calculations, instead of just putting in an oversized, more expensive unit. I feel like I can trust their work and have always had a good experience. One thing I like is that they text you when a technician is on the way, with a picture and short bio. It's a nice touch to know who's going to show up at your door. I have recommended HomeSense to friends and co-workers.

Ben and his team from Homesense installed a new A/C at my house yesterday, and they were great. On time, efficient, knowledgeable and answered my (often stupid) questions with professionalism. This was a big investment, but Homesense's Chuck, Brady and Ben made it go smoothly. Definitely would recommend.

Happy with our experience with Homesense - we got an estimate on a Thursday & our new AC was installed the following week. Knowledgeable & friendly technicians, easy financing process!

First, I appreciate the fact you over-communicate-multiple calls, emails and texts to keep us updated on what was happening, when, and by whom. It can be a bit much as the same messages, etc. come to both my and wife's phones/emails but appreciated, nonetheless.
Second, whenever we have had an issue, the service techs are great representatives. This time it was Aaron R. Great guy, professional, and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and helping him when I could. Bonus, he explained to my engineer-brain what was wrong and why.
Finally, and excuse my bluntness, the only thing I do take issue with is I was charged $265 to install a part I can buy for $25-30. As a small businessperson I get margins, costs, etc. This just seemed a bit much. That, and only that are why we rated this interaction as 4 stars.
But overall, I do recommend Homesense; never had anything but good interactions with the company and their technicians.

I made an appointment to have two gas furnaces cleaned and serviced. The appointment was easy to make and I was given options as to the date and time of service. Prior to the service person arriving I was notified who would be coming and his degree of expertise. When he arrived he was polite, knowledgeable, and gave me a verbal report of what he had done and assessed during the servicing. This is the second time I have used Homesense and have had no complaints. I have no reservations about recommending them to others.

Good customer service, listened and responded with a product to meet our needs within budget. Scheduled work rapidly and installed. The AC works great. Had a minor glitch when we turned on the heat which was addressed and fixed rapidly. Happy to recommend Homesense. Professional, great products and excellent customer service.
