Mike and Chandler did an exceptional job! My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the winter. Mike was at my house within hours. He genuinely cared about my budget and what I needed. His price was very fair. He and his team were here the next day installing the furnace. Mike even had to drive all the way across the city to pick up a missing part, and he did not hesitate despite the very icy roads. They maintained a clean work environment, wore shoe covers, etc. They said they would not leave until I had heat in my house. They stayed until 10pm to ensure my new furnace was working! Mike is dedicated to his customers. He was heavily involved from sales to the completion of the installation process. I would highly recommend Mike and his team for your HVAC needs! Had both my HVAC systems replaced by Aire Serv of Carmel. Their insulation was seamless and did professional service with every small detail addressed to our total satisfaction.
Their insulation systems are working perfectly with no problems after installation.

Best local HVAC company experience for me personally! Technician Chandler was excellent: professional, knowledgeable, honest, neat, and respectful. Compared with 2 other major local providers that overinflated the issue and quotes, he confirmed that I didn’t actually need a major replacement (compressor) on my heatpump but it could be repaired - which he successfully did. This company answers the calls and customer questions, and is customer service oriented. I feel confident now to have this provider for my future needs as well as to recommend it to my real estate clients.

Chandler and Chris were top notch in every area. From the initial diagnostic visit to the install day, they were very effective at communication and setting expectations. Very happy with the whole experience. Would highly recommend Aire Serv of Carmel to anyone looking for an expert in the field. Especially Chandler and Chris. Thank you guys again!

My man Chandler did a great job troubleshooting my hvac issues, diagnosed the problem and had a new thermostat installed within a week. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and even had to deal with my crazy 100lbs lab who wouldn’t leave him alone. Highly recommend!!!
