Josh King and the Kapp’s crew have been great. They show attention to detail, are timely and very clean. My former lawn care company never fertilized an area I specifically asked to fertilize (multiple times); Josh verified it was fertilized and clean. Thank you Kapp’s!

Justin always does a great job and is a personable guy. Most importantly, he makes sure, by calling in advance, that our somewhat swampy backyard is good and dry before he does an application. Our lawn is visibly much more full and vibrant than it has been in the past two years. Thank you, Justin and Kapps!

I never have had an issue with the employees or application of product. My only negative would be that they don't blow off sidewalks or patio areas from over spray of product. Not a huge issue, but we do have dogs and kids in the house that are outside all the time. I don't want them tracking the product all over the house or getting sick from it. There are also a few areas around my patios and landscaping that still have weeds growing that I feel should be gone from the product applied.

Very conscientious of their work. They give advance notice of service and have reasonable pricing. I would recommend their services.

THIS is what Kapp’s done to our lawn. If I could have put negative stars I would have! We are VERY frustrated !! In 18+ years our yard (even untreated) never looked this bad!! I believe that they waaayyyy over treated it! We have not had crabgrass in our front yard in years & it’s now everywhere!

I don't appreciate a company who's employees ignore No Soliciting signs but I especially don't appreciate when those employees ignore me as I plead through my security camera speaker to please not approach my door because the dogs will wake up the baby. The man ignored my pleas, putting your crap flyer on my door and causing the dogs to wake the baby that took so long to put down for a nap. I need no other reason to never do business with you than the blatant disrespect shown by your people.

My personal service representative takes great care of my lawn. The yard was over ran with weeds and struggling spots. In such a short time, my lawn has been transformed, even in this dry season. Thank you!

Reily was very professional and responsive. He cut down multiple trees next to my house with plenty of care to not damage anything. He was quick, efficient, and it was a great price! Definitely recommended, will be doing more business with him in the future.

We needed a decent amount of brush that had been cut several years ago removed from our property. We had Big Branch Tree service take down Five Trees and three of the trees grown into the neighbor's roof Riley the owner of 'Big Branch talked with the neighbors and explained what he was going to do. They completed the project safe and with no damage. I also would like to add Riley worked with us in staying with our Budget.
