Started with their service two years ago after fighting with creeping charly in my lawn for a couple years before that. Kapps had good pricing and we also added their insecticide. Second year, prices went up, which is to be expected since I joined with a promo offer. The next year, went up even more. Started shopping around and considering my options. I could always count on them to call and upsell me to other products (tick control, grubs, etc.) and the caller always sounded put off, shocked and offended at my decline. The quality of their work was "okay" but not stellar. After this most recent price hike, I decided to go back to treating my own lawn. I can't say any of the other providers impressed me all that much or gave me reason to select them.

Gentleman walked up to our door, after having treated the front and side lawn, asking how to get into our backyard. We did not hire this company to treat our yard, we don't treat our yard. Now my lawn has toxic chemicals that I didn't want on it. Our house and our neighbors, who actually hired them, both have the house numbers easily visible if the guy had actually looked to verify. There's no way to undo the damage. Extremely unpleased.

I have used Kapp's Lawn Care Service for over 20 years and wouldn't trust anyone else to do such a professional job and have such a curteous staff than Kapp's

They have free service calls so we don't hesitate to call if we find some weeds between applications. The lawn technicians as well as the office staff are knowledgeable and really care about doing a good job. We are happy to support a local Fort Wayne company.

I've been using a service to fertilize my lawn for about 23 years and have tried just about all of them. I left Kapps twice for a "bargain price", but quickly came right back. There's no comparison. My lawn looks great, they pick up the phone when you call, they immediately respond to any problems by sending out a manager, and they have been spraying perimeter of my house for bugs with good results the past 2-3 seasons. Great company!

We have used Kapp’s for several years and whenever I have had a problem when I call they are out very quickly to look at and attempt to fix said problem. This week, I called on Monday and they sent someone out by Wednesday. Justin H. was the technician and what a professional. He slowly fertilized and treated the lawn as if his own yard. When finished he blew off any excess on our driveway and sidewalks. I was very happy and wanted Kapp’s and Justin to know. Since using Kapp’s our yard has improved tremendously.

Kapps has been taking care of my yard for several years. My yard always looks amazing, so green and weed free. The Kapps technicians are thoughtful and conscientious in the work. I have a fenced in yard for my two dogs. Every technician has closed the gate after completeing the treatment which I appreciate. They also clean the sidewalks of the granules. Very good workers.
Their communication is top notch by keeping me informed of my next application thru texts. They respond to text questions as well.

Justin Hughes does a great job with my lawn. He is professional and respects the property. I appreciate the way he runs the machine back and forth in nice lines vs some lawn services just go all over the place and leaves marks everywhere, circle and lines all over. Justin always cleans off any concrete before he leaves. You don't find many respectable workers like him. Thank you, Justin. I have been with Kapps many years, changed once and then went back.
