I appreciate you ordering our new Bloomerang lilac. Can't wait to see the new blooms in the spring and fall.

Their LED sign is way too bright at night and visually impairs drivers. I am not the only person that feels this way. The owner doesn't understand it's an actual safety issue. If you feel the same way please let them know. Otherwise they have decent plants.

Wonderful customer service! They were super helpful and easy to work with! I came for a Christmas tree, which they had a large selection of, and they were great at getting it loaded on my Jeep. While they loaded it I went in and paid. They treated my daughters to hot chocolate and popcorn while I took care of the bill. Could not have been easier!

They are absolutely amazing!!! The Plant Center has a vast selection of hydrangeas and other plants that you won’t find anywhere else. Their customer service is outstanding and super friendly. I always leave here with a smile, feeling happy with my purchase! Definitely worth the drive across town!

I used to love this place. Needed bulk mulch, a few trees, and a handful of plants to redo some landscaping. Pulled up and their sign said no trailers. Not sure what they expected but rather than worry about a hassle I went to Bueshings instead. I can honestly say I didn't know what I was missing. It was well worth the few extra miles.

The Plant Center is my favorite nursery in Fort Wayne. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are good, and the plants are very healthy. They also have great variety. I highly recommend them!

Bought beautiful pansies. Prices were the same as last year. Surprisingly that didn't change. Saw many beautiful and 'out of the ordinary' plants and trees. Would love to have a had a endless budget!

My husband and I stopped in right before closing on Friday, we didn't realize they closed at 6pm. We had a specific request on what we wanted to see. So one young lady found what isle it was in, then asked another employee to show us where we could find it. We get to the item, and my husband says maybe we will get two, and she says did you see the price tag? Yes, I seen the price tag and that didn't phase me. However, her attitude did. We will be going elsewhere for the trees we want now. It is never okay to ask a person a question like that, you don't know what I can afford.

Their plants look great, but I think some of their employees don't have a clue about the plants they sell. I got some absolute silly plant advice, and one of the employees didn't know what plants they are selling.

Wow Deb was amazing! Not only did she help me pick out exactly what I was looking for, she gave great recommendations and loaded it all into my car. She had a little freebie for my toddler & was incredibly friendly. Made my experience so easy!

The Plant Center has a great selection of different flowers, bushes, trees, etc. Everything is very well upset and clean. With reasonable prices and the great selection I do highly recommend. If you don't know much about flowers the staff seems more then happy enough to get you started with your green thumb.
My wife and I have gotten some flowers from here for a couple of years now and with the staff to help us our flowers have been doing amazing every year. Overall an amazing experience here!

Went to the Plant Center today and I’m so glad I did. Everyone who helped me from advice, picking out plants, loading, and even check out was exceptional! That’s my place now. 😃

They do not refund anything after 24 hours. Store credit then charge a “restocking” fee out of your store credit. I would not recommend this place for buying plants. The one lady was very rude and said these are living things as if I’m an idiot and don’t have 95 thriving house plants and ton of perennials outdoors.. The “boss” was also very rude about returning. Marched me inside like i was going to the principals office. Their prices are also high. No thanks.VERY Rude people acting like I was committing a crime. The plants were in the same shape I bought them. It was humiliating and not good customer service. No worries. I’ll spread the word.

Response to the owner!!!! Must be the rude boss. Oh don’t act like you were concerned about me wearing long sleeves!! That’s the most bold face lie, trying to act like you and your staff were concerned! That made me laugh so hard as if you two weren’t just beyond RUDE!!! Also inappropriate for you to comment on a Google review what I was wearing! Maybe you should add dress preference to your big policy wall! You and your staff are just rude!!! And also make sure your numbers are right before you post amounts. I can share a receipt if you’d like me to add a photo.

Never had a bad experience. Most recent was one of the best customer experiences ever with Calvin. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, but if they didn't have it he had perfect substitutes. He was very patient while making a decision. They have a offsite nursery within 10 min drive so there are lots more options if something is out of stock, or if you need something bigger.. I can't wait until my plants get bigger. Looking forward to getting a few more things from them soon. I'd definitely recommend them for your project.

We are extremely pleased with the design and landscaping done by Kipp and Giovanni at Plant Center Nursery. They prepared a design, moved and replaced tired old 'builder' landscaping, trimmed, mulched, and added edging. The price was reasonable, work was efficient and fast, and the design was clean and simple with room to grow. Strongly recommend.

Cute little garden shop with quite a variety of trees, shrubs, bushes, etc. Staff seam pretty attentive (I think we were asked if we needed help by 4 different people). Less rocks / statues and sheds / gaurdening decor than other places I've been, yet they clearly have been here a while and know what sells.

A nice little stop overall.

If you are looking for a grave blanket this is the place to go, they are absolutely beautiful, you can see the time and commitment put into it. They definitely put their customers first, going beyond satisfaction. You need to check them out, you can tell they put their heart in everything they do. Thank you Deb for making this customer happy. Will be back next year.

I rarely, if ever, write reviews BUT I want to thank the Plant Center! Last week, my daughter and I picked out a tree that she wanted to plant in our back yard. She (being 6) was very specific and particular. It needed to be pink for a long time, then bright green, then "pretty yellow". It also needed to get "really big". The staff walked us through all the different types of pink trees, showed us pictures, and then let us out back to pick our tree out. To save a credit card charge, the lady offered to swing past my house to pick up a check. 3 days later, 8-1-1 marked only the location the tree was going. I appreciated that because they didn't have to mark up my entire yard! 5 days later they were there to install the tree! They were polite, professional, and very detailed and they even made it fun for my daughter. I highly recommend The Plant Center!

I received terrific help from one of their newest sales associates who found me just what I was looking for! When comparing to the big box home improvement stores, you get much larger plants for less at The Plant Center! I’ll be back soon!
