They take good care of their plants looks like and good selection but way to high on prices. I called huntington nursery and they are as good as plant center and half the price.

Purchased Christmas tree here. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They had an amazing selection of quality trees.I will be returning next year.

Would not recommend anyone purchase plants, perennials or annuals, as the only guarantee they provide is on trees and shrubs. We spent $200 on perennials and grasses, had a few perennials die within 4 days, we bought 2 of everything, one died the other thrives, no explanation as to why. But The Plant Center does nothing for the customer, basically tells you to go somewhere else. Poor customer service. You have lost a customer here and I will tell anyone who asks my opininion.

Nice selection yet for the end of August. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Black hill pine selected and loaded up in our truck by the time we were done paying for it.

We have purchased from both the distribution location and regular retail location and they have top notch friendly people that give amazing service. They have an amazing selection of beautiful healthy plants, shrubs and trees.

Plants are more expensive than big box stores but the quality is much much better.
We scored some gorgeous geraniums and awesome bushes. Highly recommend this place.

Great visit to Plant Center today. I found exactly the tree I had been looking all over town for plus another great species I hadn't seen before. The staff was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm happy I stopped by, it feels good to have found a garden center I have confidence in.

All the staff was helpful and courteous, the owner was very nice, help with putting my things in the car, my grandson got a kick out of being a little helper. They have gorgeous flowers and plants. My mom loved everything.

I was there today getting info about some various plants and their care. Ryan and Connor were extremely helpful with answering all of my random questions about said plants. They also offer an automatic 2 year warranty on shrubs which is a bonus. Totally unrelated the what I was purchasing even. Wish I could borrow Ryan and Connor to help me plant them.

Amazing staff and customer service! Came in to purchase 45 different plants and had a half dozen team members assisting and making sure I was taking care of. Very happy with the entire experience!

In December 2018, we paid 50% up front for our $7000 landscaping. We called repeatedly in the spring to find out when they were going to plant everything and couldn’t get a firm date. They finally planted everything in July when is was very hot and a number of plants died right away (yes, we watered them as instructed). They say they will replace trees and shrubs that die in the first 2 years at a 50% discount. We called when some of the plants died and they said to cut them back and they would come back the next year. They did not come back this year. We called to let them know we wanted them replaced and the person on the phone was a little rude about it and said we could come pick up the list of plants we gave him. When we went to pick up the order, the person at the register got mad because we wanted the 50% discount and weren’t sure to which plants the discount applied. She got another guy to help who was also rude and condescending because we didn’t bring pictures of the dead plants. That guy did end up giving us the discount as advertised, and Steve helped on the way out and was friendly. Overall, I think the plants are over priced and the customer service is poor.

If you are looking to make a quick purchase after work, go somewhere else. Employees rush you 20 minutes before closing. Being a small place it doesn't take long to make a selection and pay. Trying to be polite, my wife and I make quick selections and we're trying to pay at checkout when a employee starts ringing up another customer forcing us to wait. We'll be having another company install our landscaping on our newly built home.

Beautiful plants! They had several varieties of Redbud trees I didn't know existed. Hanging pots were lush and full. They love their plants, and it shows.

The plants I've taken home from here were amazing. They are top quality. The roses have grown more than any others I have bought even from other nurserys. Definitely a go to place if you live in ft Wayne. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Known the Strasslie family for many years. Asked them to quote on grading my front beds and redesigning landscaping. Fair price, good plants, looks great, EXCELLENT customer service. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. For quality of plants, quality of people, good work, know what they are doing, you don't need to shop around.
