Before I buy a product, I read the best and the worst reviews. I'm not sure I would hire Maid Perfect based on the reviews but for me, the responses to the bad reviews are what really turn me off of your service.

The crew always shows up at the designated time, they are very dependable, and are receptive to any special instructions or requests. They also do a great job!

Great company. From the girls to the office workers, they have great attitudes and are happy to help get a house cleaned. They do a great job in the time that they can.

Our home really needed a deep cleaning (I mean REALLY).and I just ran out of 'summer time' to get it all done. Three ( friendly and efficient) came to our home and in just under 2 hours had it looking very nice.

I purchased a Groupon from them in 2018 and was told I needed to get my money back because I use them once back in 2013 so they wouldn’t honor the Groupon because it’s for new clients only! Never even offered that if I paid a little bit more they would come out anyway! Very poorly run business!

Very nice! There were only two people and one of them was new so it took way longer, so the bill was much more than expected. But at the end they did a good job. Will have them come back with a full crew next time!

Clean is terrible. Still mold on the sink, kitchen. Didn't even made it to the second floor. Communicated to customer services but they found all kinds of excuses instead of making it right. They could have communicate to me and I would rather pay extra money to at least get the home Cleaned instead of having an un-cleaned home after all the time.

They asked u to pay up-front and now I knew why. Will never go back again.

A real rip-off. Bought a groupon for their cleaning services and when I called to set up an appointment, they said that I could not use, as I had once used their services 5-6 years ago, and the groupon was only for new customers. They refuse to honor the groupon and Groupon will not refund the money. I am out $103. These people are a bunch of crooks. Do not use....

They are prompt. They are friendly. They listen if I have concerns. They are accommodating if I should need to change my schedule due to life events. They also do a good job of adding cleaning dates with enough notice to them, during the holidays.

Bridget, Glenda, Misty, and Nicole were on time, very friendly, professional. Their work is fantastic, my house looks much better. Will definitely have them back! Highly recommend

It was a wonderful experience! They were early, polite, accommodating, and they did a great job. House smelled fresh. They allowed me to do a walk-through to make sure everything was done to my specifications, which allowed me to double-check, but everything was great!

Excellent Service and a great price when purchasing through Groupon. I've also called them directly and the girl who helped me was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and took all of my information over the phone! Very happy with Maid Perfect and hope to use them again soon!

I cannot express how wonderful the ladies were with my home. I needed my new place just cleaned before my move, but they did above and beyond just bathrooms and vacuming. Cabinets, closets, inside the diswasher and wiped out the stove. Jen and company did absolutely fabulous and the ladies were a joy. If you need quality work done definately go with Maid Perfect. I will be referring business to them!

I had purchased a Groupon from this company a month ago they had a crew of three girls come out and they cleaned everything from top to bottom and made my house spotless and smells good. Definitely use your service again setting up to go maybe on a regular basis I have referred them to friends and family as well

Came home from a long day at work and my floors were cleaned, the house smelled so clean and all my furniture had been dusted. My husband organized this gift for me and it was so appreciated. Very happy to know Maid Perfect will be back every month to clean my house.
