The quality of their cleaning service is very hit and miss. Sometimes it's decent, other times obvious areas are missed and you are left to reclean your house. They seem considerate if you have complaints (which I did) but overall I was unhappy with their services and did not feel it was worth the money I paid. They quoted one price and then never seem to have time to get the service done that they promised. It's also inconvenient that they can't tell you when they will clean your home until the day before, and even then they only tell you morning or evening. I will be looking for a new company. And for the record, I did not use a groupon or other coupon, I paid full price for the 5 or so cleanings they did.

Bobbie, Mistie, & Ashlee did an amazing job cleaning! Quick and efficient! It looks and smells so clean. They were on time and very professional! Maid Perfect was able to squeeze us in the next day in an emergency situation! Definitely recommend!!

I purchased a Groupon for 2 hours of cleaning with this company. The girls came in a group of 3 prior to their scheduled arrival time. They started right away and were very pleasant. After the scheduled 2 hours and upon their departure, I inspected their work and I had to dust an entire room over again because of lack of attention to detail. I don't believe that this is a reflection upon the company as a whole, but I do believe that one, possibly 2 of the 3 girls that were in my home need to return to Housekeeping 101. Overall, no I would not recommend this company to another consumer. There were too many items missed, tables left filthy and crumbs and dirt still on the dining room and family room floors. And the regular price of $90.00 an hour for 3 girls is ridiculous; $30.00 an hour per girl?Even if they had an MBA in housekeeping, I would never pay someone that much to clean my home. I was able to get the Groupon for $75.00 with a discount on local services, and I still don't feel I got my money's worth. I've been re-cleaning rooms since they left. I suppose it is possible that they send out their most inexperienced staff for the Groupons? In which case might not be the best decision to drum up new business. In addition to the poor attention to detail the young girl dusted around some artwork i had displayed above my kitchen closet and in doing so knocked it loose....when I closed the pantry door the artwork came down and broke into pieces that were not repairable. It was my youngest child's artwork for Mothers day/ 8th grade graduation project.... not replaceable. I'm heartbroken over losing this piece I have ceramic artwork from each of my 4 kids upon graduating grade school ...minus one. Thanks a lot.

UPDATE- Still happy 8 months later! Love coming home to a fresh home.

I had Maid Perfect yesterday for the first time and loved walking into a clean. fresh home with everything completed that I requested. The appliances sparkled! Looking forward to setting a regular schedule!

I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant and needed to get my house cleaned to put on the market. I basically cleaned most of the house myself and was expecting the appliances done, vacuum and mopping. I bought a groupon just to try the service and retain them for future work but to my surprise hardly nothing was done. I spoke to the husband about what I wanted done prior to the girls showing up and none of it was done. I even came back half hour before the time expired to bring them a tip but they had left early. I couldn’t stay the full two hours being I’m pregnant and the pandemic ( which girls showed up without a mask) but when my husband called the wife ( owner) she basically told him the girls did 2 hours worth of work. That’s bogus. Three girls showed up and couldn’t get the minimal work done??? I’m sure the owners are going to reply to this review in a nasty way as I seen them do to other reviews instead of being professional and resolving the issue. I’ve tried to call myself and no response. Save your money. The girls need training or the groupon coupon is bogus.

Thank you Maid Perfect for a positive experience. The team was efficient, thorough and professional! My home looks beautiful....and I will certainly use them again, as well as recommend them to others. I was pleased with the final bill, making it affordable.

Maid Perfect did an excellent job cleaning our home yesterday. I purchased a Groupon to have them clean, and look forward to using their services again. My home was spotless & smelled wonderful. I purchased the Groupon deal and am so happy with the results! I first reached out to them through email and within 24 hours received both a call and an email back. I called them to schedule and was able to schedule within a week. Anna, Jayde, and Lisa did an amazing job with our home, were extremely professional, and were great with the fact that we had two dogs and I was at home with our newborn. They even called to follow up with us to see how it went. Calling today to schedule another cleaning. It made this new mom’s life much easier!

Dependable, prompt, thorough and detail focused. I have used them for two years and never had a complaint. Before I used them I tried three other services and wasn't happy. They take the time to give me the special touches I want. If you let them know what you like, they will do it for you. I am demanding on how I like my bed made, and they get it right! Sounds silly, but I appreciate it. I highly recommend them to everyone, and my neighbors use them and are happy as well. Give em a shot and you won't be disappointed.

Maid Perfect sent a very professional 3 person team to my home, which arrived on time, on short notice, to clean. We were simply thrilled with the results as they met or exceeded our expectations whether cleaning the wood floors everywhere or kitchen appliances or polishing the floor to ceiling cabinets in 11ft ceiling rooms. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for a one time or recurring clean situation.

Starting off, I called into the office (this was my first clean EVER) the office girls were so helpful! They were pretty booked up but they really tried their best to get me the date I needed. They really worked with my busy work and school schedule. I had some areas of concern i wanted the girls to really work on and they wrote it down for me. The girls were punctual and polite. I left them another note at the house if they had time ( i set a time limit of 2hrs). They got as much as they could done and they did an excellent job! I love this company and will recommend it to whoever i can! Thank you so much Maid Perfect!

UPDATE - BEWARE - If you ask them to do the job they are hired for, they will drop you as a client and leave you without a cleaner. Here are the facts - So, 5 months into this service. We had two incidents where I could not be home during the entire cleaning. On both of those incidents, the cleaners did NOT do a good job. On both occasions, I called and Maid Perfect offered to return and complete the job, which I declined because I couldn't fit them into my schedule. On the second incident I asked and they honored, that I not be charged for the cleaning. This was reasonable and I felt we both had been accommodating to their mistake. For the next scheduled cleaning, they cancelled at the last minute because they had staffing problems. They offered to come out the next business day, which was a Monday. I declined due to scheduling and we agreed to skip and they would come out the next scheduled time. They offered me a $25 discount on their next service because of the inconvenience, which I felt was fair. They then came out as scheduled last Friday, I was here the whole time and walked through the house before they left. I found one area that needed to be re-done and that was taken care of. They charged my card the discounted amount and all was good. Then I got a letter in the mail stating that they are sorry, but they will no longer be able to clean my house to my standards. I called and spoke to Peggy, the owner to ask what was going on. Her reply was that there are too many notes in my account about how I needed my house to be cleaned and they didn't feel they could do it correctly. She said, "We just want you to be happy and we think you'll be happy with someone else." I was so frustrated, I hung up on her.

First use - They arrived on time with a crew of 4 (1 trainee). they listened to instructions and did an awesome job on our 128 year old house, with lots of wood floors. It took a bit over 2 hours, but they didn't charge me for the extra 10 minutes. I used the "First visit" Groupon, at their suggestion, and it was a great deal! Very glad we found them. I'm going to schedule them for every 3 weeks.

Fast, thorough, efficient, on-time, and affordable. We were shocked at how reasonably priced the service was to use compared to their competition. After using Maid Perfect for several months, we have found the staff have been unfailingly courteous, accommodating, and did not even raise an eyebrow at our two noisy dogs (one a golden!). We are comfortable leaving our home during the cleaning and have judged the teams to be entirely trustworthy.

I have used Maid Perfect for two years. The service has continued to go down hill consistently. I have called the office and shared my concern. The team of three is supposed to be at my home for two hours. The house is always clean when THEY get here and usually they are just maintaining what they did from the previous visit. The last visit was THE LAST VISIT! They spent an hour and 10 minutes at my house. Many areas were missed and completely not cleaned at all. I did call the office but was unable to have them comeback due to my busy schedule. Then I received a letter in the mail stating that my new cleaning fee was jumping up 25.00 dollars. They are not worth it!!! Customer BEWARE!!!!

Paid for a deep clean. Did not receive a deep clean. Would not have been upset if I hadn’t been charged for a deep clean, especially when in quote I specifically asked for certain things specifically that were not even attempted. Had I paid for a regular tidy up/clean. I wouldn’t have much of an issue.

I hired Maid Perfect after finding them at the Fort Wayne Home and Garden Show. They seemed like a great company with good reviews so I wanted to give them a try. I explained I had a back injury and need help with deep cleaning windows and window sills, baseboards, showers and other difficult areas and wanted a company we could hire on a regular basis. They were scheduled to come out on a Monday, but stated I would receive a call on the Friday before to give me an estimated time of arrival for Monday. I never received a call from them. Monday afternoon I called, left a voicemail. No return call. I did however get a text a couple hours later at 2:50pm saying “the girls will be there in 10 minutes” 30 minutes later, they arrive. I was told there would be 3 girls at $80 an hour. They were in my home for 3 hours, doing who knows what. They have a sheet they leave with you showing what areas they clean and expect payment immediately. With them being in my home after 6pm and needing to rush to get my son to a ball game, I didn’t have time to check all the work they stated was cleaned that day. I ended up paying $315 to have the worst cleaning I had ever seen from a cleaning company. I called them the next morning explaining how awful they did. He said he would send a new crew to fix the missed areas the very next day. I thought I would come home to these items actually being cleaned. I was wrong! They did a poor job of cleaning window sills, still didn’t clean the master shower or our main hall bathroom except the toilet seat. I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service they provided, my teenagers clean better than they do! My house even smells awful after they’ve been in to “clean”

We also purchased off of Groupon. “3 hr - 3 person Deep Clean”. Our house is not riddled with obstacles and was not overly filthy. We also verified that our dogs did not hamper their access. We called in advance and it was clarified that “a 3 person team could cover 1000 sq ft an hour”. When we got home the team had left a note that they had not done anything but the main floor(800 sq ft of it) in 3 hours. Upon contacting the main office the offer was made to come “touch up” the things they had signed off, but didn’t do from the check off sheet the team left behind(light fixtures, unswept floor, microwave). Needless to say $370 with trip charge and tip should come with a “deep clean”(as advertised) and maybe more than 800 sq ft covered after 3 hours with a 3 person team - in a home that was not the slightest bit trashed. To give credit, the bathroom and kitchen cabinets were cleaned. Had they been able to sustain that quality for the remaining 2 hours and 35 minutes they had left on the timer, you wouldn’t be hearing from me. Buyer beware.

The entire process was definitely easy, as things started to reopen an try your get back to normal, I had used them for a deep clean. The wife was thrilled with the job they did so much so that we hired them for monthly cleanings.

The owners and all the staff we have met have been courteous, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend and definitely say to anyone looking start with a deep clean so you can see how they do everything, then move on to the standard cleaning, even if it’s only monthly which we use them for the house is always so much cleaner.

We (my mother-in-law and i) paid an outrageous price and none of our main cleaning areas were addresses. All started when they moved our appt without asking to ensure we were ok with the new time. We couldnt get ahold of them during regular business hours and when we finally did, they said they had a cancellation that day and didnt want a maid waiting around, resulting in one of my household needing to take time off to be there to let them in. Then comes the cleaning services. It was beyond HORRIBLE!!! Examples: our floors were not swept and mopped. We specifically asked for extra attention on our floors because they are hardwood and look scuffed and horrible no matter how much we mop, steam mop, anything. They took a freakin swiffer and called it a day. We also asked for our walls in the kitchen to be wiped down, hip height and down due to our dogs and trash can. This wasnt done. They were at our house for a few hours and couldnt tell a single thing they had done for the price. My poor husband tried to be as detailed as possible but hes a guy and doesnt have a trained eye for what results we were really looking for. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! there are much better services that dont hit the wallet as hard.

Do not use this company! I saw how they cleaned my son's and daughter in laws empty house. 3 cleaners for 3 hours is what they paid for. It should have been spotless. Now we will go clean up after the cleaners so they can put the house on the market. Pretty sad that they call themselves cleaners.
