I’ve been using CottageCare for several months now and have been very pleased with the service! Mindy always arrives on time and does a wonderful job with the cleaning. There’s a lot of flexibility with the service as well; you can skip a week if cleaning isn’t needed, you don’t have to be at home while the cleaning is happening, and you can easily adjust the areas cleaned each week by texting Ginger the day before the cleaning (like adding on an oven or refrigerator clean for example). I definitely plan to continue using CottageCare as long as I live in my current apartment!

The ladies at Cottage Care were amazing today. Their cleaning is top notch. Not only that but they were very personable and talked to us while they were cleaning. I would definitely use them again.

The team that cleaned my home today put forth a lot of effort. One of the best cleanings by a group. Thorough and pleasant. They concentrated in doing a very good job. I'll call them again.

We are so happy with the job that Cottage Care did on our house today! I wish I could remember all 3 girls names, but I only remember Dot. They all did such a great job, and we will definitely have them back again. They even did the blinds and insides of windows. Keep up the great job!!

Holy smokes…you guys are amazing. I hired CottageCare to clean my Mom’s home. She hadn't let us in her home for quite some time. I was really saddened by the state of her home when she let me in this morning. And didn’t have much hope for any miracles.
Ginger and her team came in with no judgement and they were so kind and considerate of my Mom and her home. And they DID do a miracles.
I took Mom to run some errands and grab some lunch. By the time we returned and walked in, Mom was SO happy and amazed at all they did and accomplished. She just text me and said she’s still sitting there in awe of how nice and clean everything looks. She’s so pleased and happy she’s now agreeing to allow them to tackle her bedrooms and come back on at least a monthly basis.
THANK YOU…you did an amazing job and you made my Mom so happy. I couldn’t recommend these folks more.

Rhonda and Julie-Ann did phenomenal work cleaning my apartment at short notice! Rhonda powered through tough grime on the sink, counters, range, and kitchen floors, leaving it virtually spotless and like new. Julie-Ann went above and beyond cleaning the tub and bathroom floors, even assisting with taking trash bags to the dumpster and cleaning under my bed, even though I told her she didn't have to. They provided fantastic service for the money, and I cannot recommend CottageCare enough. Will definitely consider them again if needed in the future!

This company is fantastic.. they go a great job and Ashley is the greatest! All are hard workers and everyone we have had always come with a smile and start working right away! Cottage Care has been providing exceptional cleaning services for our home for over a month now. Ginger and her team is excellent at communication and punctuality. For the last 3 weeks, the cleaning services were done by Ashley and she has been amazing! She takes care of our space with great diligence and has an excellent ability for attention to detail. It feels like stepping inside a resort after Ashley completes the weekly house cleaning. Every Friday, the house feels sparkling clean and our weekend has become so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Ginger and her team at Cottage Care. They are the best in what they do!

My husband and I have been very pleased with the service we received from Cottage Care. The team are efficient and focus on the areas we request. There are no surprises, and the team checks in with me with questions. I personally love that they have natural cleaners that they use, as my child and I have scent sensitivities. We highly recommend this company!

Cottage Care is new to us. They did an amazing job! They were able to remove rust stains due to our well water in tub’s & toilets - which I was unable to.

I am so shocked that this cleaning service is so highly rated. Because of the reviews I went with this service on a limb. There was an emergency going on in my life and I needed a deep cleaning in my home. Over the phone they said that they would deep clean and and do things such as clean the baseboards, mop the kitchen and downstairs, clean the front window of the front door, clean the oven top will off I paid for that deep cleaning too. For a very simple things they did not do well! They did not even mop downstairs!!! For a deep cleaning!!! For the amount of money I paid I am so displeased and will never return my service here again. I could do a better job myself in the amount of time two people were here unattended. I will say Ginger was very nice to speak to and willing to work with me however, when i considered to let them come back and re-clean Julie was very rude to me on the phone. I did not appreciate her customer service and wish that it was Ginger that I could continue speaking to. I have scheduled to receive my money back. I paid for cash, the service was pretty expensive, and Julie gave me a bunch of reasons why they cannot pay me back one business day after. Not a big deal but I expect a business to run better than that. this service is not worth the amount of money paid. I know what a true cleaning is and this isn't it. I highly do NOT recommend.

I cannot recommend CottageCare enough. They were so kind and considerate when cleaning my house and their attention to detail is immaculate. They did such a great job, I'll be using them again for sure!

Only doing this as a courtesy to them as they did an amazing job. I don't do reviews, like at all, ever. But they come in on time and get done in 3 hours (when I expected like 4-5), and the place looks like I don't live here anymore? I'm impressed. Huge weight off. I don't like cleaning, don't like getting my hands dirty, Mindy and Michaela spared me that for a while. Like, it gets to a point where you just get a bit overwhelmed looking at everything you need to do - no matter, they'll just make it all go away for a flat rate. Plus they were able to schedule me in literally 3 days ahead of time, when I was expecting a few weeks out. You do pay a bit for a one-off, but the quality of their work justifies it, and it still is cheaper than some other places in the area. Also great communication from the gals that came to my place, their supervisor (I think?) who came to inspect their work, and the management and team overall. I was home during the cleaning and they easily and efficiently worked around me. Makes me not want to touch anything now for a few weeks to not mess up their work.
