Gslbraith's is amazing!! They have a huge variety of plants and their roses are gorgeous!! The plants are high quality and affordable!!

Called with a question and was told I would have to speak to one of the owners. Asked if I could leave my number so they could call me back since I was told they are "hit or miss." Was told oh no they will never call you back they are too busy and my question wouldn't be high priority. I guess spending money there wouldn't be high priority. Shocked at how rude the gentleman on the phone was.

Galbraith has a lot of very healthy looking bushes, shrubs trees, & especially roses. They have one of the widest selections of ceramic or concrete fountains that I have seen in this area. They also have a variety of yard art, bird bath options, and planters.

Had an appointment to talk with someone at my home. Took 2 hours off work to meet them. No one showed. When I called people were rude. Find another more reliable place with nicer people.

This was my second year having Galbraith's provide my lawn care. They have done an excellent job answering my questions and providing services to help my lawn reach its full potential. Joe has taken the time to walk my lawn with me pointing out opportunities and offering suggestions to improve it even more. I appreciate that type of care.

Went to look at some new trees for the yard. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the types of trees they had, how big they get and what would work for us best

Eric treated my yard yesterday and as usual did a great job. He is a nice guy.

Greeted by whom I assumed was the owner- told him we were looking for a concrete ornamental fountain and to get rose fertilizer... went inside, looked around, found a fountain we were interested in purchasing and told by 2 employees we were not allowed to be inside during the Covid-19 quarantine. Employees told us we have to leave the building immediately. Obviously the first guy who said we can go in was not the one signing the payroll checks after all. Will buy a fountain at Stuckeys Greenhouse on Lima Road and fertilizer online or at Lowes. Would have been the easiest $1300 Campania order ever- would take a miracle for me to ever go back.

Although very knowledgeable (probably knows more than the complete staff of the DIY stores combined), his attitude absolutely put my better half off and refuses to step foot on the property..

Honestly, the guy must have had a terrible week.. While I can understand the joys of working with the retail public, reflecting a bad outlook can really put buyers off.

Now that my better half thinks the guy is hateful, I have to drive twice as far for plants and supplies... great job guys....

I called them to get my leaves cleaned up for the fall. Everywhere else that I called were booked and could not get me serviced. Galbraiths got me scheduled within a couple of days and did an outstanding job for a great price. I will definitely do business with them again!

Called to schedule an estimate for a large residential landscaping project. Grumpy guy asks what we need done, and cut me off after the first two items were mentioned, as he decided it wasn’t worth their time.
I had only mentioned one fallen tree and a brush pile needing hauled away, but he didn’t even let me tell them about the complete re-landscaping the property needs. They must be doing fine if they can chase away customers like that. I guess they’re too busy to take our money.

I don’t write reviews but I really feel like I should about Galbaiths. I called Dan out to do a small job, they did a great job so we tore out the whole front and replaced it. That turned out so well we did a major landscaping job in the back. Couldn’t be happier.
I know they aren’t the cheapest but I have had a ton of contractors at my house and I must say they were one of the best! Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Very rare these days

We had them landscape our front yard in 2018 and it was well done and at a great price. One of the trees didn’t survive a week or two, so Dan agreed to replace it. After multiple calls and visits to see where we are on the schedule, it’s now mid-2019 (nearly a full year later) and each time we get no answer on when we’ll have it replaced. Frustrating!!

Most of the product looks well tended and both times I stopped by, a man asked if I needed help only just a few minutes after arrival. It was the same man both times and while he seemed very knowledgable he was super condescending. The first time I asked about plants they did not have. The second about ornamental trees. No, I don't know anything about trees (which is why I'm coming to a nursery for assistance) but Lord there was no reason to answer my questions like that! I stayed level, went to check out the other stock he pointed me to, but will not be purchasing anything nor recommending anyone this way. There are other nurseries in town with similar stock and nicer people!

Came here asking about bulk stone and was treated like a leper. Weird it's fine though I found what I needed elsewhere. No body here offered me a hand at the benches or fountains or offered any sort of suggestions as to where I could get river rock from. New here my first and last visit. All it takes is how many I help you. The 2 ladies sitting on stools at the counter never acknowledged my presence.

I called to schedule an appointment for a landscape design estimate. Had to call back again a week later because the guy never called me back. That should have been my warning. Got an appt set. It was raining the day he came out so she told me he couldn't draw a design since his paper would get wet. OK understandable. Said he would stop by another day with better weather to draw up a design. Never heard from him again. And that was back in March. I'm not going to beg a company to take my money when they clearly don't care about my business.

Great company to do business with. They did what they said they would do. Staff and workers were friendly. Dan definitely has an eye for landscaping. He can see things that the average person doesn't see. Would definitely use again. We spent about $ 5,000.00 on landscaping. Money well spent. Tim Zehr

Had a great selection of trees and shrubs, but felt very uncomfortable around one of the older employees working there. Called all Mexicans lepers and wouldn't stop talking about his political views. We had a younger woman who ended up checking us out because he was too busy talking. She was very nice. Maybe just don't insult where customers are from in front of them.

Austin is our lawncare team lead. We appreciate his attention to detail. Our lawn always looks spectacular when they leave.

Always helpful and knowledgeable on what to do with landscaping, tress and shrubs. I would definitely buy from them again. Their prices are sometimes higher than big box stores but the quality is better. They also stand behind their products. I have bought several trees and lilac bushes from them over the years and they are all doing great. They can even order anything they don't have as seasonal stuff gets picked over.
