We've used Signature for 3 years for injection fertilizer and our birch tree is growing and healthy and bug resistant.

Attention to detail is what comes to mind as I watched Lu. Two observations I made while unloading my truck lead to this statement: 1.) Lu was careful to cover my entire lawn all the way up to the edge of my driveway, but did not waste a lot of overspray on the driveway itself saving both product and unnecessary contamination; 2.) Lu devoted as much careful attention to the tree lawn on the street side of my sidewalk as he did our yard. Little things like that tell me a company is about quality service.

Excellent service with technicians who will take the time to explain what they did and why they did it. Questions are answered professionally and with courtesy. Their knowledge of the product they are applying is excellent. My wife asked several questions and time was taken to explain the procedure and that if any follow-up was needed, it would be addressed.

I've used Signature at two locations and am very happy with their expertise. They find the issues and take care of them, in addition to a standard fertilization schedule. They explain the issues at a level I both understand and appreciate, and make recommendations for continued tree and plant care.

Josh took his time to answer my questions thoroughly and was willing to address some maintenance matters. He also helped me identify the different tree species in my yard. Now, if I can remember those names!

Yard was patchy and full of weeds two years ago. I had tried Scotts step by step program and it never worked. This is my second year with Signature and the results are amazing. Weed free, green and even all across the yard. My only complaint is my nagger on the lawn mower fills up a lot faster than it used too!

From initial phone call to first application, Joel and team were flawless. We were late to start our turf program and Joel worked us in the schedule to get us treated sooner rather than later. I would recommend them solely based on communication and follow up.

called in to get a quote for aeration and overseeding. Joel gave a quote for 780$, and stated that the yard was 15,000 sft and that he 'would't change the quote even if you measure your yard.' We have a lawn maintenance service now that has measured our lawn clearly at 8500 sft. This seems to be a way to overcharge and it's not appropriate. Joel needs to learn the art of listening and speaking with customers. He's clearly including the woods that do not need aeration or seeding, to hike the price for services, so it seems. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you trust their word about 'satellite imagery' you may be overcharged on services or might have already paid a heavy price for untreated areas.

I have been in Fort Wayne for over 30 years and have tried multiple lawn care companies. None have been as good as Signature. Once I met Joel and had his team treat my lawn, I have never left. If there are any concerns, they make it right. All the techs are very polite and considerate. If you are having any issues with your current company, don't hesitate to contact Signature! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

10/3/25 Drew treated my lawn today. He came to the door to let us know he was here and then did a great job! Nice to see someone that is proud of his work and focused on quality.

I have a large yard Lu made sure to reach all areas of the property. I have used Signature Lawn and Tree masters for 7 years. They do a good job controlling the weeds!!

Jeremiah did a very thorough job aerating our yard. After several years of aeration our yard is becoming thick even though the base is clay.

Our neighborhood association, Georgetowne Place, has over 40 pines that are over 40 feet tall. Our evergreens are dying from bagworms. Signature came out and quoted us a great price, and then offered all our residents an amazing price if they sprayed, and even offered the "group discount" to an adjoining property not part of our association. Everyone got sprayed over 2 days. Signature really spent a lot of time soaking our trees. Everyone was polite and helpful.

The biggest surprise was that the quoter, Rick, told a dozen residents they did not need to spray, that they didn't have a bad infestation of bagworms. We will be using Signature in the fall to kill the bagworms again.

Josh does a great job!!! He removes bird feeders before spraying to protect birds from the spray. I would highly recommend him and Signature Lawn.
