I called Carr's to do spring clean up, pruning, etc.. They came out within a week. Not only did they do a good job, they were friendly, professional and had great knowledge of plants.

This company was doing the lawn work at the McDonalds on Lima road in Fort Wayne, IN. This McDonalds is always busy in the mornings. I was in an extreme rush, and when I tried to pull around and into the drive through lane, an employee of Carr's Lawn Service, holding a leaf blower, stood in my way, cutting me off and just stared at me. He eventually took about 2 steps forward, allowing me to BARELY pass by in my vehicle. As I drove by, another employee cursed at me and gestured towards me like I was some sort of animal.... for trying to use the drive through at McDonalds!

As I got my meal and drove off, they were both standing on the corner, staring at me again. As a professional myself, I would never stand for this sort of employee behavior. There are many lawn companies in Fort Wayne, and it would be best to go with another...unless you want full grown men with the demeanor of problem children taking care of your lawn.

I don’t ever give reviews but these guys moved me to do so. Carr’s does an excellent job. They are responsive, helpful and take ownership in their work. Couldn’t be happier with them.

I paid for services with Carr for nearly 3 years. My services included mulch, trimming bushes, fertilizer and grass cutting. The team did good work.

As my price increased nearly 52% (17% per year), being double charged for some services, and after my recent conversation with the owner, I realized, it’s time for us to end our business relationship.

I hired them in 2020 to seed and landscape my entire property, as it was a new build. I do not like leaving low reviews like this because I don't want to mess with anyone's ability to provide for themselves, but my lawn that I paid a great deal for looks horrible. It's the worst on this block of properties of new builds for sure. It's hard and patchy with many areas of non-growth. There are areas in back where there are tufts of grass that are clumped nicelyand hardy, but then the rest of it is sparse and spindly. The owner was supposed to address it last Spring, 2021, after personally coming back out to my property, but he never sent anyone to fix it. I don't know if it was the seed, the acknowledgement that they never brought any black dirt to my property to seed it, or something else, but it is far worth what I paid for. I am on a strict budget due to chronic illness disability, and I feel like my hard-earned, and barely there money was wasted. It was also very difficult to get them to communicate with me throughout the entire project. They were nice enough, but the quality of work wasn't there.

I recently purchased a building on the same street as Carr's. I met Paul & John and they helped me remove a challenging stump from my property. Thank you, I really appreciated it! If you drive by their business, you can see they take great pride in keeping their own property looking great and maintained.

We used Carr's Lawn Care and had an excellent experience. They did a great job and were efficient and professional. We like that they are locally owned and very competitively priced.
