This company is high class. We had a few bumps in the road, but they very quickly fixed things and went above and beyond our expectations. All the workers are super friendly, and left the job-site incredibly clean. The owner has great knowledge and understanding about lawn care and she really cares about the condition of our yard. We finally found our lawn care people and will continue to work with them. A+ +

They are unresponsive. We canceled last year because we could never speak to anyone about adding services and went with another company all last summer. Twice now this year they have sent service people to apply products to our lawn we did not authorize. I have called them TWICE and told them we are not their customers and yet I just got another bill from them. I will be calling first thing Monday and complaining about this bill.

I had a residential contract to edge my flowerbeds. They pulled out Native plants, tags too. Even in an area they were not contracted to work in. They have REFUSED to replace my plants! Contact with them is one way.
I response to your answer of May 16, 2025. The phone calls you are referring to are the ones I made to your office. Your office Never called me. In my last email to you, I gave you information as to some of the destroyed plants & where you can purchase them. YOU NEVER told me who you were contacting. You sent me a text after I left you a message on your phone, telling me you would contact me the next day. After 6 days, I wrote the above review. You have only tried to contact me after I posted this.
