Great customer service, very kind on the phone and quick response time. They walked me through cost/estimate and stuck to the price that was quoted. The first time they came, some of the tougher spots did come back. I called to let them know and they came back to treat those spots. We received a text letting us know the tech was on his way 30 minutes before arrival.
The tech was on time and did a walk thru assessment, sprayed a pre wash and then began to carpet clean.
The tech (Louie) was experienced and took pride in his work.

They were there the next day to help get rid of cigarette smoke with a guest that had heavily smoked in an Airbnb and I had a turn over. They deodorized the carpets and rugs and the carpet is very clean and the house smells like it never happened. The carpets needed a good cleaning after multiple guests anyway and they did a great job and very friendly. Great price, easy to schedule, timely, easy to pay and smells and looks like new.

They amaze me every time they come! We have dogs and a toddler and the carpets just become a disaster over time. They have always gotten any stains out even ones that Stanley Steamer left behind. Highly recommend Alpha Clean!!

Louie and Louie were awesome! They were very fast and and got stains out of my couch that I couldn't. My house smells amazing and they even gave the pups attention before they left. They even accommodated my home daycare and came to me on a day reserved for commercial properties. I will be using them every time!

It wasn’t too bad but if they weren’t going to fast they would off do a better job. For three rooms my appointment was at 9am they came about 9:05 which is nothing probably take another 7mins to set up by 9:45 they already done and they miss a few spots so that was my opinion.

They were punctual and friendly. He completed family room, living room and flight of stairs in about 25 mins. I pointed out two areas of concern. 1) some paint that he was able to get most of out. 2) traffic area that didn't appear much cleaner than before. I thought maybe after it dried it would look lighter, but it didn't. I'm left wondering if more attention could have been given to that area. I know perfection cannot be achieved, but I think he should have at least addressed his attempt and explained why it didn't get cleaner. Otherwise, I'm left to feel like the job was rushed, as I was initially told it would take about an hour and it took half that.
