Very deceptive. It's mostly true your " gutters" won't clog however the leaf filter sure will and that's not guaranteed. The devil is in the details.

This is a quality product, professionally sold and installed. It's possible to find a less expensive product but none that does the job as well as LeafFilter. I'll never have to get on the roof again.

Got a brochure from them at a festival because we are looking into replacing our gutters in the future. They called me OVER 6 TIMES in 1 day! They called me 5 days in a row before I finally answered and told them to stop calling me. And they still tried to put me on a "call in the future" list! No. I didnt ask for a call from them, was never told they'd start calling me, and I didnt ask for anyone to badger me daily for almost a week. Not professional!

we are trying to buy this gutter guard product but can't get anyone to show us the courtesy of returning a phone call. We have a signed contract from March and were supposed to get a call to schedule in 24 hours. Called again April 11, supposed to get a call in 24 hours. Called today and supposed to get a return call in 15 minutes. That was 5 hours ago. Apparently the company doesn't want or need our money.

Buyer’s beware!!! Company targets the elderly and sells over priced goods. Use due diligence and read the reviews before making a commitment. They’re like buying a $3000- $5000 vacuum from a door to door salesperson……there a several options out there that can provide the same (or better) protection at much lower cost.

MJ was great…on time and informative

They cleaned and sealed my gutters. They checked the angle of the flow of the gutters. They installed leaf filter system. It works amazing I’m completely satisfied and would highly recommend this product. Peace of mind that I will never ever have to clean my gutters again.

The first installers were friendly and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. After they left I took a closer look at the gutters and realized the one that was not replaced was crooked. I called in, they sent 2nd installer out and he immediately resolved the issue. Then snow comes along and as it melts water leaked into the interior wall. A 3rd installer came out, very friendly and knowledgeable, he checked everything over and did not see how the gutters could be causing the issue. He pointed out what the possible problem was and was so helpful. I am so glad I chose to install LeafFilter. Incredible customer service!!

An experience that helped me decide with all the facts, pros and cons. The rep was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and questions. I was quickly put at ease and worked out a plan that was best for my home. Definitely glad I made the decision and got a quality product. No more worries when the rainy season hits!

I am highly dissatisfied with the installers.
1. Nails were not picked up. 2 were found in my tires (which had to be replaced versus patches) and one rusty one was found on my hand laid path next to my back porch. (There are children who play back there all the time!)
2. There's a part that is uneven that my neighbor pointed out to me.
3. The downspouts are not well placed. One would be washing away foliage if we were not collecting it. And another one comes down right next to the house and my neighbor. I asked the day of and voiced concern, but felt dismissed.
4. They left multiple pieces of the cut filter on the ground as well as on the roof. As well as all the moss and organic debris from the roof/old filters.
5. The first payment date I was told was a month off what the bank sent after the fact. Because of this, a payment was actually missed and now I have late charges and extra interest.

For about $6,000, the reputation, and the guarantees, I did not expect so many issues. Ultimately the house needs to be a safe place, and rusty nails and other debris is not acceptable!

To leave a positive note: between the gutters and a new dehumidifier, my basement isn't flooding.

BEWARE OF A COMPANY whose employees ignore "No Solicitation" notices posted at each entrance to a residential community in a desperate attempt to generate business. In addition, they are taught/trained to reply "I am not soliciting business, merely canvassing the neighborhood" which is nothing more than a play on words. If you leave a hanger on my door with your company name, a phone number, a web address, a "promo code" and a statement that "Estimates take less than 20 minutes!" you are soliciting business. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The installer was personable and hard working and accomplished everything I asked. The sales rep. that I first met up with delivered on what was promised.
