Phenomenal job, they were able to get a massive black ink spot out of the carpet that was deemed impossible. Very professional and dog friendly. Great job on sectional as well. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Louie was very detailed and professional. He provided great tips on future care of carpets. The rooms are much brighter and cleaner. The process was simple and only took about 30 minutes. Very satisfied!

Highly recommend them! They cleaned 3 upstairs rooms in my home and the operator was wonderful to work with. I want to make this a yearly service.

I inquired about a quote for 3 spot treatments and they responded same day, and even came out to clean same day! The technician was successful in removing a majority of the cat urine odour and a majority of the cat urine staining, with their treatment methods (I suspect if I had caught the stains earlier when they were deposited by my nefarious feline, the technician might have had 100% success in removal of both the odour/stain). In any event, I am pleased with the services rendered and my home smells/looks 10x better than before the service.

The only criticism I have is the price of the service...it would have been $200 for 3 spot-stain treatments, but the technician did discount it to $185. I still think that price is a little excessive but that's my personal assessment.

Overall, I would definitely use their services again and I'm sure in the coming years I will, for a whole home carpet cleaning! Thank you, Alpha Clean, for making my home smell/look better!

I can’t thank Zack and his team enough for the excellent work they did rejuvenating my floors after a renovation where paint had sprayed on them. Not only did they do an amazing job but were also very professional and easy to work with, they gave reminders of appointments and kept in contact every step of the way. A strong fourth star! Would of liked 5th one but let customers know AHEAD of service about 4% card use charge? I definitely would have liked to know that I couldn't get on the carpet for 12 to 16 hours as this is in the main thru affair of our house too. Louie and his helper arrived 10 minutes early,and after a little polite small talk they proceeded to get the job done. I was impressed on the care they gave the kids room, was very cluttered! Both were very considerate about our nosey German sheperd Thorton. Rooms look good.!

Working with Zack was great. He made the process easy and efficient. The technicians were on time, professional, friendly, and they did a great job. We will work with Alpha Clean again for sure.

The gentleman who performed the carpet deep cleaning was extremely professional and kind. There was a rather small area for him to service (due to the dogs’ favorite place to relieve themselves) and he was packed up and onto his next service within 45 minutes.
Very happy with the work that was done! We will definitely use Alpha Clean in the future! I should also add that scheduling with Zack was seamless. Thanks for taking the chore out of this for me, from start to finish!

They were prompt and professional. From talking to Zach on our first contact when I called, two meeting the gentleman that we’re cleaning my carpet and furniture, they were absolutely amazing.

They talked about their chemicals being so different from other carpet, cleaners and that the way they do things will show that it’s better than everybody else.

The furniture that I had cleaned is a lighter color beige in it had toddlers running all over it for two years and hasn’t been clean in six months.

You can imagine how dirty it was, and how many different colors of the rainbow were on this couch

It is absolutely spotless. My area rug is great in my bedroom. Carpet is back to life as it was when it was new.

Gentleman that came out to the house was very pleasant very professional. Showed up on time did an excellent job. I highly recommend. i’ve had other houses other carpet cleaning businesses with big names. I put this at the top.

Not a fan guy came out i asked for a quote immediately told me not the cheapest withought even measuring gave me a quote of over 3k which is double what ive been quoted so he was not wrong but the text message they send out says they are happy to earn your business and im sitting here like well thats not how you earn my business
