Great customer service and prompt repairs done at a great price. I called three other companies with no shows and I contacted Chimney 1 on Friday and did the repair on Monday! Thank you! I wish everyone could be as prompt and efficient going forward!

I was concerned that my chimney was going to colapes because my house is very old and the brick mortar could be scratched out with my finger,due to condensation from the inside out, not to mention all of the leaks I've been dealing with due to flashing problems on my chimney.
In just a day Chimney one took my chimney down below the roof line, installed a liner,tied everything together in my basement and patched the hole in my roof . The guys were very polite and respectful, something that's rare these days.
I thought the price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We couldn’t have been happier with the work done by Chimney 1! We had been told by an independent professional what needed to be done to properly fix our chimney. We solicited two quotes. One company would have provided a very short-term fix (exactly what we were advised not to do!). Chimney 1’s quote outlined exactly what we were told needed to be done. Cameron and Mace were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. They kept us informed throughout the process. They did an excellent job. The chimney looks like new!

Great experience with the company! We received quotes on our chimney repair from several companies, and Curtis withChimney One was the only one who actually took the time to look closely at our chimney, and quoted us a long-term solution. The cost of the job was reasonable and honest. They did have to schedule a month out from the time of the quote to perform the job, but that's quite understandable considering the crazy weather this spring screwing with outdoor work schedules-- and with how busy a company that does good work will be. Cameron and Trevor came out and did a great job-- they were pleasant and communicated thoroughly while on the jobsite, and went above and beyond in their work making sure the repaired portions matched up with the current chimney (even knowing that we were going to paint over it anyway). When they were finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site after themselves, which impressed me. A++ job, and definitely recommend Chimney One!

We chose Chimney 1 from several estimates and are so glad we did! They installed a new chimney liner for us and we could not be better pleased with their work. After several cancellations due to horrible weather, Curtis scheduled our work for a Saturday and Sunday - way beyond the call of duty, but we were more than grateful for their willingness to give up a weekend to do the job. He and his crew, Cameron, and another young man whose name I do not know, were all very courteous, professional and polite, and made every effort to make our experience as stress free as possible. His office coordinator was also extremely diligent in keeping us informed of the schedule, sympathetic in trying to re-schedule as needed, and was always lovely to deal with. They left our house spotless after all their work, and we are this afternoon enjoying the first fire we have been able to have since last March! I would recommend Chimney 1 without reservation, and will use them in future for yearly cleaning.

We had our wood burner insert installed by Cameron and Mace and these two fellows are some of the most professional young technicians that I have seen at work in a long time! They respected our property, both inside and out, showed care, listened to our needs, and were extremely polite and performed a 100 star job (!) very efficiently. Chimney1 is a terrific company! Our chimney had been in bad shape for years. Chimney1’s recommendations were spot on! Removed our chimney, roofed it in and installed electric insets. Beautiful! Chimney 1 recently replaced our chimney. The two gentlemen that did the work were very knowledgeable and through. They were careful to protect the house and the cleanup was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone for all their wood burning fireplace needs.

We could not be more pleased with Chimney1. The purchase process was easy, and the installation team of two people were extremely careful while in the house, and professional. He took the time to explain the operation of the wood burning stove and even noticed that a flue to the heater in the garage was not properly installed. He fixed that at no charge. We highly recommend Chimney1!

I had our dryer venting system cleaned today. The gentleman was fantastic. He explained everything that he was going to do. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and inspected. He was so careful in my home and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use Chimney 1 again in the future.

We bought our home in Nov, 2024 and it had a wood burning stove in the basement. Concerned about its safety we had Chimney 1 (highly recommended) come out and inspect it. Curtis (owner) gave us an honest answer - the stove was usable but was old and needed close attention. He did not try to sell us a new one - the topic only came up when I inquired. Following that initial visit we asked many questions and received timely and honest responses. We love the stove we bought. Installation was great and Curtis was attentive to details. We called this company after having issues with critters getting into our chimney and they were able to come out so quickly. Trent was super friendly, professional, communicated well and affordable. They worked on our chimney rain cap, chimney concrete crown and tuck pointed mortar joints. They did an amazing job! Highly recommend working with CleanAir Chimney Care.

Trent did an amazing job refurbishing our fireplace (see before and after pics). We couldn’t get our burner to light, and instead of paying for a whole new system, Trent was able to get the burner lit with a remote start, savings us over a thousand dollars. He then painted the inside for a more clean, modern look. He also did detailed touch-up painting on the screens and pull chain, which was a nice touch. Additionally, he took time to review with us how to use the remote and its various functions and explained how we will know when we’ll need to replace the batteries to the component in the fireplace. Plus, Trent is efficient, personable, and professional. We definitely recommend Trent ten times over!
