Sheets recently completed a heating project at my home that involved a gas powered ventless unit, a ductless split unit, and complications from an underperforming hot water system. The professionalism of everyone involved from start to finish was exceptional, and it showed in how the team approached the install work with proactive planning and consistent communication when old house infrastructure issues arose. I absolutely would recommend Sheets for any HVAC project, they were wonderful to work with.

Jeremy was so kind and explained everything so I could understand. He fixed the issue fast. I could tell he cared about making sure the repair was done at the lowest cost to me. 100% recommend!

We have a service contract with Sheets and a tech comes out twice a year to service our heating and AC systems to keep them running the way they should. The techs are always prompt, efficient, a d more than willing to explain what they're doing and why they're doing it. Plus, they leave their workspace tidy. What more could you ask?

Sheets Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing always does an awesome job maintaining our Heating and Air Conditioning system! They always arrive on time, do a very detailed inspection of our equipment and tell us in advance what needs to be replaced or repaired. All of their repairs have been done quickly and completely. Their technicians are very knowledgable and focused on getting the job done and done right! I highly recommend them for the installation and maintence of your heating and air conditioning system.

The techs arrived as scheduled, and the team of two performed a checkup and maintenance on my furnace, and also cleared my air intake pipe of a hornets nest that was blocking airflow necessary for combustion. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Best of all, they didn’t try to drag out the work time or pad the bill as other companies have done to me in the past. Their fees were more than fair and I’ll definitely call them for any future HVAC needs.

I was very pleased with my service (furnace stopped working). From the minute I called to finish repair, took about 4ish hours. The serviceman, Gabe(?), was extremely nice, informative, seemed honest, and helpful. My heats now working great, and once again-quiet. I know I'll be needing my central A/C repaired next spring and plan on calling them back out then to handle the job.

Austin & Brian did an amazing job putting my new furnance in & they were patient about all the questions also help me connect my phone to the thermostat.
You can tell they are just overall very thoughtful, caring & knowledgeable nice guys who truly care about doing the job correctly.
