Very responsive! Was quick to respond to my needs. Sent knowledgeable workers who fixed my air within a half hour and did not try to "upsell" me or tell 500 things more to be fixed as another repair company did after spending 3 hours on the same repair. I felt they were very trustworthy and honest. Will use them for all my future HVAC needs.

Sheets has been my go-to for years. Their personnel are knowledgeable, courteous and take pride in their work. Good people committed to doing a good job. So refreshing.

I would highly recommend them, and have done.

Always the technitions that arrive to work are pleasant,qualified and seem to enjoy their job. I'm always impressed with their friendly attitude and always are willing to answer any questions I have.

I was having issues with my 24yr old A/C system not cooling like it normally would. I called Sheets and someone actually answered the phone! Not AI, not a labyrinth menu to navigate, just a real life customer service agent. I was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment, which was very nice! Gabe was my technician and he did an excellent job diagnosing, and then repairing, the system. In and out in about an hour! Hopefully the service will get me through the end of summer. When I need a new system installed, I’ll be calling Sheets.

Austin, my service tech, arrived, assessed the problem and quickly handled taking care of the very tiny exterior gas leak previously located and marked by NIPSCO. I was told what would be done and it was handled quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. Before Austin left, and because he had to briefly turn off the gas, he checked about what gas items I had with a pilot light. It was he who reminded me that I should have included my water heater in that list and did relight it for me before he left. I would highly recommend Sheets based on this interaction.

I just had Sheets HVAC out for a second opinion on my furnace. They sent multiple professionals to check out my system top to bottom and concluded that I only needed a minor repair rather than a whole new system. They were very professional and seemed like they had a lot of experience, especially with the particular brand of furnace that I have, so I felt very comfortable with them. The repair was quick and reasonably priced. I have also recently had their plumbing team to install a new water heater, which was also same-day service and reasonably priced for quality work. This is by far the best HVAC/plumbing/etc. company I’ve worked with. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Sheets does a great job ensuring their customers are satisfied. Although the service today wasn’t major, the annual preventative maintenance that was performed was done professionally and quickly. Lucas, the service technician, did a great job to ensure we knew what he was doing and whether there were any concerns. Thanks for the continued great service!

Jeremy Conrad was the technician that came out to diagnose my water heater The pilot light kept going out He was very polite and knowledgeable He serviced and diagnosed my water heater Set me up with a new one for installation That I will have him install at a later date and gave me an estimate Thank you Jeremy and SHEETS

I hired hvac/ac, and a plumber, both arrived on time.

The team members who showed up were courteous, and walled me through all items.

They answered my questions politely and were even willingly to recommend other service providers I asked about in the area.

10 of 10 reccomend. Jeremy was wonderful, fast and honest service. They came the same day and after talking to them about the issue, he took one panel off and saw my capacitor was blown. He made sure it didn't cause additional issues and tested the rest before leaving. Will only use them from here out. Anita was amazing too... called me in less then a minute of getting my online appt request.

Sheets is the best! I replaced my furnace in the fall of 2023 and my AC last May. I shopped around and they had the best prices plus I had history with them so I trusted their service. I always get the annual prepaid maintenance (which is a good deal) and right on schedule, I get my furnace serviced in the fall and the AC in early summer. Their office staff is amazing too. Don’t waste your time with the other guys go with Sheets!

After a bad experience with another HVAC contractor who tried to sell me something I didnt think I needed at an outrage price, i contacted Brian at Sheets who sent out a service tech who did a thorough job of inspecting my unit and confirmed I did NOT need a new system and mine is working as intended.
