We use Sheets for our heating and cooling and love them. They have also helped us numerous times when squirrels decide our wiring sounds tasty. Team members are always kind and friendly.

Sheets is the best! They have been serving my in-home heating, pluming and outside air conditioning for at least 15 years. Tyler was here to service my furnace reading it for the winter months and he did a fantastic job. I genuinely wish I could give these Guys more than just five stars! I’ve been working with Austin, Austin, and Jeremy for nearly a year now on a commercial property that I maintain, and these guys are absolutely unmatched. It’s not just there knowledge and expertise(Which is already amazing) But it’s the fact that they put the principle of going the extra mile into practice at every single job they do! They are always willing to work with me to solve a problems Or to help educate me on systems that I’m unfamiliar with.

I know it probably sounds like I’m on their Payroll 😂 but I assure you the company I work for pays them for every job. And we will keep on paying because their work is stellar!!!

I would give this business 10 stars if I could! Sales and service people were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and an actual pleasure to work with in every way. We had a new furnace & A/C unit installed within 2 days of our first call to Sheets, at a cost that was a lot less than other quotes we had received. The financials were fully transparent & there were zero high pressure tactics. The techs that did the install were friendly and did their best to allow us to continue to function in our home while they worked, despite running into unexpected challenges. We will 100% be taking all of our HVAC & plumbing business to Sheets from now on.

Everyone that has come to my house has been super friendly & doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Even told me to get my own filters cuz it’s cheaper than using theirs. Scheduling appts is always easy as well. Nice to have a company I feel like I can trust.

I was impressed with the company when they text me. To let me know who was coming to our house and a photo of the service technician.

A/C stopped working tue night. So I filled out form on Sheets website for service (late tue night). A lady called me next morning at 8:15 am and said tech would be out between 11 am and 1 pm. Tech showed up around 11:30 and found bad capacitor on unit (even showed me the zero readings on his voltage meter). Cleaned my coils while he was here. VERY fair price and excellent service by the tech (Gabe).

AC is the man when it comes to fixing your heating system. Fast scheduling and fast fix. Always trust Sheets!

Don did a great job and definitely knows what he's doing. I scheduled an appointment and 1 hour 20 minutes later he was here and installed a new thermostat. I highly recommend this business. They are courteous, quick, and fairly priced.

Everything about our experience thus far has been exceptional. Salesman Brian was very easy to work with and gave us all of our options to replace our old, worn out, HVAC system. Installers Donald and Jackson were exceptionally polite and professional during the installation. Even when an issue was found, which was not their fault, they explained the problem and took care of it the next morning after they could get the part. They even offered to get us a portable a/c unit for the evening.
I would, and have, recommend Sheets for anyone with HVAC issues. They truly know what customer service is all about!
