Coe is a long standing business with a good name. They are honest to deal with, you are comfortable with their staff in your home. I am happy to continue to do business with them in the future. The repair/maintenance men never use foul language.

Needed a technician quick during the winter cold. They responded fast and were able to fix my issue. They even came back the next day to make sure everything was working great and did not charge me for that.

COE did a great job. They were able to troubleshoot the system and identify a damaged heat exchanger. Working with them to get a replacement system scheduled and installed was easy and painless.

We had them out to service our furnace. The tech foud it had cracks in the heat exchanger. He took the time to show me the issue. He contacted the office and they sent Ron out right away to work us up a quote to replace the furnace. The pricing was very fair and they had two Techs out the very next morning to replace the furnace. Job was completed by mid afternoon. Everyone fro Coe we delt with was very professional and friendly.
I would recommend them highly. Great local company!

My furnace suddenly stopped working, and it was getting cold. Tthe insoector of my new home recommended Cie Heating and Air Conditioning. The scheduler was polite, friendly, and efficient. She was able to work me in the very next day. I was also impressed with my technician who checked my furnace, found a clog immediately, cleaned my furnace, and changed the filter. I was impressed enough with my experience that I signed up for a twice a year service plan. I highly recommend Coe!

Jeff did a great job in fixing my hot water heater. He was able to use some alternative parts to get it working rather than suggest buying a new heater like a lot of other so called repair services. I highly recommend COE for all HVAC systems.

Highly recommend Coe Heating & Air!!!! We have never had our furnace go out before in 17 years. Came home after just 3 hours and our home was very cold at 58 degrees (in -15 degree wind chill) tried troubleshooting, and then we decided to call Coe. From the time we called and them arriving was a total of 25 minutes! Austin was amazing 🤩! Come to find out we had a gas line leak! He saved us from what could have been a very tragic situation. Don’t hesitate, just call Coe! You won’t regret it!

I have used Coe for HVAC maintenance for two years (system was 18 years old) and they kept the system functioning to its 20-yr life. Unfortunately, after an incredible effort for this year’s maintenance (thanks Jeff) it was time for a new furnace and AC system. Chad McCall expertly advised me on the appropriate options for my home, resolved a specific installation problem, and ensured the team was in place for a successful installation. The team completed thorough testing before leaving to ensure everything functioned. I recommend Coe without reservation! A very fair, trustworthy, experienced, professional, efficient, and friendly company and team to work with.

I’ve used Coe Heating & Air for many things on my house. They’ve replaced my air conditioner, done routine maintenance, and repaired a part connected to my furnace. Each time I feel I’ve been fairly charged, and I trust that they will get the job done. Every technician has been polite and informative. I learn something new each time they come out! I’m happy to have someone in the area that I feel is trustworthy!

Very honest and professional . Home comfort tried to scam me by showing me old photos of a rusty heat exchanger that did not correlate with my furnace. Coe saved me thousands from Home comfort’s scam .This is there photo on file to scam you. Than I scheduled Coe to come out again with Home comfort at the same time to have Home comfort show Coe and my self where is it that they took the photo , but by surprise Home comforts tech slipped on the ice and couldn’t show up .

Awesome service and great price. I’ve dealt with other HVAC companies in this area and to be frank, they sucked. COE was able to come in and fix what they couldn’t. Their customer service was phenomenal and the technician (Colton) that came out took the time to explain the issues to me and offered me multiple options with absolutely no pressure. I wish I had called COE back in November instead of wasting time and money waiting for the other
company to essentially do nothing. All of that to say, they have a customer for life!

I am a first time customer of Coe and I was having a thermal water coil installed and the two service technicians that came out didn’t do the job the way it was supposed to be done.
I was supposed to have a water shut off valve before the pump and after the pump which he wasn’t going to do until I told him that that was what was agreed on with Chad and he said he didn’t know anything about it but he did go to the store and get one. The boiler system was to be totally separated from the old plumbing and it wasn’t and it was still leaking into the old system.They totally disrespected my home by using my chairs as work benches, scraped my door jambs with their tool belts and used my bucket to refill my boiler with antifreeze, spilled the antifreeze all around the boiler right onto my carpet and soaking it to the floor. The worst part is they left the bucket half filled on the floor where my two dogs could have easily gotten into it which is very deadly if they drank some it.
Now I have to have the carpet replaced so they took 300 hundred dollars off my bill, I’m 62 years old so I will have to have someone install it for me. I have an antique car in my garage and I asked them not to touch it but every time they squeezed between the ladder and my car with their tool belts on rubbing against the hood and fender so I got a blanket out and covered the car so it wouldn’t get scratched. They also broke the wire retainer clip on my boiler and left a mess behind it.i had also discussed with Chad about having a vent ran to my bathroom but he had forgotten about it and so the technicians didn’t have the parts to do it when they came.
After they left I called Chad and told him that the system still leaked and it wasn’t separated from the old system like we had agreed to and everything else that had happened.
I had to schedule another day off of work and Chad personally showed up on the next Friday to fix the system correctly and he got rid of the antifreeze that was left but the damage was done. Technicians like this are going to ruin your family business and should be trained how to act and treat your customers and their homes.
I would not recommend using Coe.
