Also big shout out to Leo because when he told me the price, I thought I needed to clean my ears out (less than half of what I was quoted from another company)😱!! I was very pleased with my technician and my furnace cleaning and price... until I got the bill for potential issues that "may pop up". When I read they thought of charging me over $500 for a hot surface igniter (a $40 part), I about fell over! But wait.. it doesn't end there... there MAY be another part that needs repair.. A primary limit switch... (a $10 - $50 part) with another $400-$500 price tag... inconceivable. I'll do business elsewhere.

They were very professional. They had to order a part for my furnace and they kept me informed when it would come in. They also left me heaters so we could stay warm. They also changed me less than what they quoted me. They are awesome to work with.

The gentleman was literally at my home within an hour of my call. He quickly and professionally fixed both of our heating issues.

We had our central air go out in the middle of summer a few years ago. We got several estimates and PG had the best price for a better unit. They were able to install the system the same week. The following fall, our furnace failed! We called PG again and got an estimate. They again beat everyone in town with their prices.

It has been two years and no issues. We really like their technician, Devon. He is very personable, professional and knows his stuff.

I’m on their maintenance plan for cleanings on my HVAC system, which is what I just had done. Their communication for scheduling appointments, follow up and estimates are done electronically, which I really like.

I would recommend them for any HVAC repairs, maintenance or new systems. I would consider them for any other issues/repairs that would come up in the future.

Devon came to quote us new gas line for the installation of a natural gas fireplace that we are going to install. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Called in for a no heat situation. They had a professional tech on site within two hours. Justin did a great job, no pressure, explained all the repairs needed and associated costs. He got us back online and we made an appointment for the next day to complete the remaining recommended work.

Floored by how honest and inexpensive Coe is! They were the only company who told us we could replace our air conditioner separately from our furnace (we had 3 others quote as well and all said we needed to replace both, even though furnace was still fine) They gave us practical and honest information with no pressure to purchase. Their quote was thousands of dollars less than the other quotes and their installation was just 2 days later (April, but still!). We are moving all of our HVAC maintenance and service to them and highly recommend others do as well.
