We had Leo come to check out our system and give a quote on something that would work better for our home. He was very knowledgeable and definitely tried his best to get us something that would work well in our price range. We appreciated all of his advice.

I just had Mitchell and Alex out here as my entire unit was frozen. They were both very helpful and took care of the issue for now. Mitchell was able to get me quotes in case I need the whole unit replaced. Thank you both for a great experience.

Devon is the real deal. Extremely personable, friendly, and informed in his assessments. He has a great energy and went above and beyond by going to grab a ladder back at their base to come back and check things out on my roof.

Devon is always amazing every time he comes out very helpful. A very hard worker and polite , gets the job done. And the owner Anthony has always fair on pricing and is a friendly guy.

They can't even call back when i requested for the owner to call after 5 days. What are there next excess. It happpen before. I would not recommend this company because of the office workers. Enough said. Did not get any service ad no calk or possibl we no show.

I highly recommend this company! Devon arrived at my home earlier than anticipated because he was prioritizing the people he was serving that did not have heat. The temperatures were brutal, so I appreciated the concern for those of us without heat. He was very informative and equally friendly. I appreciated the prompt arrival and care that I felt he was putting into his work at my home. My furnace was functioning again within a half hour or less.

The two guys who came out to give the estimate were very professional. Checked out everything and gave us a quote. Just waiting to hear back when they are ready to do the work.

10/10 amazing company! Everyone on the team was great to work with from start to finish. Devon and Leo were super helpful in identifying the problem and getting an estimate. Mitchell, and James did top notch professional work when installing + got everything done well before the quoted time frame. Ryan also made everything incredibly easy over the phone. I would highly recommend this company for ANYTHING you need done that's on their service list.

PG came back out for a seasonal tune up and they were great. In and out in under an hour and half. Very polite and on time. They don't keep you waiting.

I had Andrew from P&G heating and cooling come out to give me an estimate for a water softener. First when I made the appointment the person was very nice. I received a call before he came out for the appointment. When he was at my house he was very polite and professional. He tested the our water and explained everything and wasn’t annoyed with all my questions. He made sure I had all the answers I needed. Very patient. He didn’t push me to a decision. He sent me an email with all the information. I would 100% recommend this company. It’s nice to deal with a company that doesn’t make you feel rushed and are honest and don’t try to up sale stuff. I keep trying to think of something that I wasn’t happy about and honestly I can’t think of anything that I wasn’t happy disappointed in!!

Devon is bright, customer focused, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal witj. I had several questions all of which he courteously answered withh very articulate information. He is an awesome service e tech! He even won a bag full of Mrs, Tate's chocolate chip cookies which I hand out in r e cognition of excellent service!

The whole team was super helpful. Angi was so helpful during scheduling and working with us on the one minor issue we had during the install process.

Leo was super knowledgeable and explained how the process would go. The two technicians Devin/James were professional and communicated well.

Their price was very competitive compared to the quotes we got from multiple competitors and we were able to get a more efficient system.

The only issue we had was the blower was putting off way more force than we wanted, the technicians fixed this but it required us to get a new thermostat which Angi scheduled Leo to come in and install free of charge. We will be using them moving forward for any service related work and we’re very happy with the experience.

Leo Gardner was my technician, he was able to quickly identify the issue with my system that (which the last company could not) and save me from needing to buy a brand new unit. He also explained everything clearly and was very easy to work with. Very much appreciate this company

PG answered a request for a quote for installation of baseboard heaters the technician was very knowledgeable and professional but when the price for the work was given it was more than I thought I would not hesitate to call them again for other projects in the future

Being polite and confident won me over and I also signed up for the maintenance agreement offered to give me a piece of mind going forward.

Update: With the pricing they talked us into a new furnace, water heater, sub pump, and central air. The price for all of it was way better than the last guy quoted us for just the furnace and the air. We told them we needed it all done in one day and they made it happen! Their Techs were very friendly and you can tell they care about their work! Mitchell, James, Alex, Andrew and Tyler all did an amazing job. We’ve not had any issues and we are very pleased with the services provided by PG Home Services. We will definitely reach out to them with anymore projects we have and I definitely recommend!

We were out hot water for 3 weeks and I am so glad we found this company, not only did they come out and asset the situation quickly they also gave the best price around and installed a new tankless water heater, fast too. Jordan and James did an excellent job and explained everything to me. These 2 guys I would recommend to anybody who is in need for help with plumming or HVAC work. I give this company and the installers 2 👍 up!! THANK YOU!!

My central air conditioning stopped working late Sunday June 16, 2024. I did some research and came across PG Heating Cooling & Plumbing. I found many very positive reviews which prompted my decision to send an email message to PG around 12:30a Monday the 17th. When I woke up at 7:30a I already had a response that they would send a technician to my home (just needed my address). Devin arrived around 12:30 p.m. Monday afternoon. A capacitor needing replaced seemed to be the problem. Devin explained everything he was doing along the way which was very reassuring. He explained that another Technician (Zach) was in the area and he was going to drop off the part. Zach arrived and they installed the new capacitor and my outside unit was again working. Unfortunately before they left Devin was checking area to be sure he didn't leave any tools, and he heard the compressor on the outside unit come to a grinding stop. Devin and Zach spent at least another hour trying to get it going again to no avail.
Fast forward to Monday 06/24/2024, Mitchell and Zach arrived about 10am to install a complete furnace and air conditioning system. They finished up around 3:30pm and our home is perfectly comfortable again! Thank you to Technicians..Devin, Zach, and Mitchell for getting us back to the comfort zone in one week. Also Chad (sales rep) was very helpful also!
During a time when demand for HVAC service is in super high demand PG was very attentive to our needs and I highly recommend them if you need service or equipment replaced.

Update: 06/16/2025

Jonathon was at our home today to do service for our one year HVAC system installed by PG last year. He tested everything, checked pressure and has our system ready for summer heat. I highly recommend PG heating and cooling! They are very conscious of their customers being satisfied with services!
