I had a new HVAC System installed last year and I realize how important future service and maintenance will be. I usually signed up for the maintenance agreement, but Master's offered 1 year free service on my new system. This was very helpful after incuring the cost of a new HVAC System.
I was very pleased and happy with the technician they sent out, Joel Stephenson.
Joel was easy to assist with any questions or concerns I had. He was thorough and took his time, I definitely didn't feel like he rushed his time or work. That was very reassuring, especially in today's world.
Joel really took pride in his work and showed he really projects what Customer service is all about. Glad to have him back on my next service with Master's Heating/ AC. Thanks Master's for being a smart business in hiring Joel & thanks again Joel for all your time and service.

Our furnace was not working properly. It was running the but the house would never get up to temperature. We had another company that we had used in the past come out and look at it and they spent 2 minutes looking at it and then tried to sell me a new furnace. We called Masters and Robert V was amazing! He spent time running test and was able to figure out the problem and fix it! Robert was nice, thorough and did a great job! We will be using Masters from now on for all of our HVAC needs.

This was our first time using Masters and we were super pleased with the service that we received. We spoke to a man named John prior to our appointment who was extremely helpful, and a gentleman named Darrius was the tech that helped us on site. The service that Darrius gave was outstanding! It was a great experience and we’ll definitely be using their services in the future.

Paul did a wonderful job repairing our furnace. He was courteous and efficient in his work and went beyond the call of duty to make sure things were working correctly. Great representation of Master's Heating.

Our furnace quit working over the weekend. Masters called first thing Monday morning and had a technician out same day. Mario was our technician and he is awesome! Very friendly and professional and super easy to talk to. He had our furnace up and running by the time he left. Mario and all the people we deal with at Masters are always super friendly and don't treat you like you're just the next appointment on their books. Awesome experience! We need more people in the world like Mario!

Jason came over to install my humidifier. He did a great job and he communicated well all that I needed to know and was informative about my humidifier. I had a great experience. I’m excited to reek the benefits of this unit. Thank you!

My central air conditioning unit needed replaced. This happened at a time when I was almost retired and had little extra money for a big expense. Incredibly, Masters Heating and Cooling offered me a new unit with a payment plan that was within my budget. I was thrilled and very thankful for their help!! Two gentlemen, including Ian Beckett, came to my home to replace the unit. They came in the morning and got the job done in about 3 hours!! Ian is very knowledgeable and experienced and and I could tell he liked what he was doing! He kept me informed about what he was doing and what he was testing for to make sure the unit was operating properly. He is a very pleasant, hard working young man and his company is lucky to have him on their team! Thank you Masters for making this repair relatively pain free and fast!!!

The technician, Paul was very professional and informative. I had a natural gas furnace that was about three years old making an unusual sound. Found out I had a plugged filter although I changed it monthly. Feeling very satisfied with service and appreciated his helpful hints. Thank You

Joel did an excellent job. I had several questions regarding the filter cleaning and the humidifier system. He was patient showing me how to clean the filter and how to operate the humidifier. Joel even introduced me to their membership program, which I definitely signed up for.

Darrius performed a water heater flush and plumbing inspection at my home. His work was very thorough. He showed respect for me and my home and my dog! Darrius is pleasant and very knowledgeable. I trust him to do the job he came to my home to do.

John Berghoff was a pleasure to meet and work with very knowledgeable. Look for the source of the problem, found it quickly and corrected and completed the task plumbing related. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend him again.

Paul was very professional and did an exceptional job not only working on our furnace but taking extra time explaining everything along the way. He went out of his way to share tips on how to care for our furnace. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile for us.

I’d like to give A HUGE shout out to Scott And Cory today for their extremely hard work on our plumbing. They have been very informative and polite the entire time an I look forward to seeing them again tomorrow as they continue to work hard getting our place back to normal. Thank you guys. You’re doing an amazing job.

Unfortunately our furnace quit working yesterday evening. It is over 30 years old so we knew we would need to get a new one eventually. Joel with Masters Heating and Cooling was professional and friendly as he diagnosed our furnace. Even with it being over 30 years old he still took a look at it and they are going to see if they can source the part. We appreciate your help Joel!

Robert did an annual inspection & maintenance on my gas furnace and was very friendly and knowledgeable. My furnace is 18 years old and doing well, so he didn’t try to sell me a new one. He gave me some helpful suggestions on what to replace it with when the time comes. He took time to answer all my questions (I’m a fairly new home owner) and didn’t seem like he was rushing at all. Our technician was Paul Wakeland. When I tell you he was a complete professional, I’m telling you the absolute truth. He called within 7 minutes of our calling Masters to tell us he was on his way. He was prompt, introduced himself and went to work on the issue. He was completely knowledgeable on our system. He diagnosed our heat unit and was done in a matter of minutes. We would highly recommend Masters Heating and Air conditioning but more importantly we would more than highly recommend Paul Wakeland!!

Highly recommend! Our furnace stopped working on us during the worst possible time (mid January) and they sent out Paul Wakeland and he got things figured out quick while also educating me on as much as he possibly could. He gave me some amazing and useful information that will genuinely change how we operate with our air quality. He was very kind and personable. Paul gets a 10/10!

He diagnosed the issues and was completely knowledgeable about the Geothermal unit while taking extra time explaining everything along the way. Jeff and Aaron were amazing. They showed up on time and was very efficient and thorough with their work. Everything was installed properly and they were very informative on how the system worked and their communication was awesome. Also they cleaned up everything so well that you couldn’t even tell that they were there when they left. Also Chad, the gentleman that came out for the quote was so nice and helpful and honest. The gentleman that came to look at my sump pump his name was Andrew. He was fantastic. He was fast he was friendly he was very thorough and he took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Not only that it turned out that I needed a new sump pump and he is going to be able to come back in 2 days and install it for me. Also when he walked into my house he put the little foot covers on so that he didn't track snow into my house. Andrew is a true gentleman and fantastic at his job. I would definitely and I repeat definitely recommend him.
