I had a furnace checkup done. Shelby arrived in expected time slot. He was fast, friendly and considerate by putting on shoe covers as he entered and kindly answered a couple of questions I had. I would be happy to have him back if needed.

I must say that I am totally satisfied with the replacement process of a new Carrier HVAC system installed by Masters Heating and Air. From the initial appointment through the installation and follow-up I experienced exceptional communication and professionalism.
Jeremiah was the technician that performed the install. He notified me on the morning of the install when he was in route to my house. He was very polite, thorough, his work top notch with great attention to detail. He explained everything in a professional manner and answered all questions about the workings of the new system. I would highly recommend Masters Heating and Air to anyone that has a need for their services.-you won't be disappointed!

Larry was wonderful! My experience with Master’s was stress free all the way through. From the time the appointment was booked, Larry arrived on time and thoroughly spent time inspecting my furnace and provided detailed information to someone such as myself that is not knowledgeable about the topic. After diagnosing the problem and seeing it was something other than he originally thought, he called me back and was able to fix it in the same visit for a cheaper repair for the different part needed. I will be calling them in the spring/early summer to look at my air conditioning unit.

The service technician, Mario A, did a great job getting my furnace working properly. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing - he would make an excellent instructor!!
