Chad knew right away what the problem was with our heat pump. Install was scheduled 2 days later. Mitch and Nick were on time and busted their behinds to get the job done quickly. Price was great and they offered financing. Great warranties and free maintenance! Couldn't be happier!

Mitchell and Kyle came today to install a new furnace and AC unit and did an amazing job. Had it all done in a day. Everything looked very professionally installed. I'm not even sure they stopped for lunch. Very impressed.

So our furnace was 30 years old. Starting making a lot of bearing noises. We called PG Heating and Cooling and they were extremely fast sending Leo to diagnose the problem the same day. He was honest, efficient, friendly, and gave us multiple options in how we can resolve the issue. Ultimately, since our furnace was so old we decided to just replace it along with the AC. Chad came by later and he was extremely knowledgeable and nice. We had multiple options and we were impressed with the pricing. We went forward with it and Mitchell and Kyle came and installed the new AC and Furnace in half a day. Very impressed with the skillset and expertise of all these guys! Angie was also very friendly on the phone. Definitely recommend using these guys!

Devon Dressler did a super job of repairing our furnace. He was punctual and immediately found the problem. He did a great job explaining the brand and type of furnace we have. I would give him more stars if I could!

John was absolutely phenomenal! We have an OLD boiler with radiators that he patiently diagnosed and repaired. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND PG Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for anyone who needs their excellent, professional—and cost effective services!!

Had technician check furnace duct work and provide estimate to correct any issues. Very complete inspection of system and provided estimate of work. There was no charge for inspection or estimate. This is an excellent outcome and price for repairs are good for 30 days.

I had John out to service my furnace. I needed it checked out because I had moved into the house a few months ago and I wanted to make sure the furnace was working properly. John did a wonderful job checking it out. He was very pleasant and easy to get along with and trustworthy. He’s just the type of person you want to work with.

Mitchel was courteous and professional. Was easy to communicate with and joke around with. Completed the work quickly and neatly. Cleaned up after. Everything looks great and works like it is supposed to. Will definitely use the services again. Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done quickly and professionally. Came out to give our furnace a tuneup it had been acting a little finicky. He worked his magic and the furnace has been running great ever since. Jonathan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, He explained everything that he did as well as what the furnace was doing..
