The technician did an outstanding job of changing out our thermostat so that our house could be comfortable in the freezing cold weather.

Coe service technicians Jeff and Marty provided excellent care during our routine maintenance call. They were on time, skillful, and treated our home with respect. When they discovered a small problem with our unit, they fixed it immediately, which avoided another service call at a later date. I called Coe for the 1st time to get a quote for a water heater.Ron promptly gave me a price & even offered to install the water heater the following morning.They came out & performed the work just as he stated they would & right on time.Cost was competitive & the installation crew were very knowledgeable & cordial .Will definitely use this company in the future.Highly recommend Coe Heating & Air.

Coe Heating has been incredible to work with!

Tried 2 other big name companies over the last 2 years with my air conditioner needing additional freon added for cooling.

Very expensive by both companies.

Neither company did basic checks for leaks even though much freon was added in both cases... and both companies quoted very expensive tests to look for leaks.

In addition, I stated to both companies that the condensing unit fan motor had unusual sounds and both said it was fine.

With Coe Heating on site, they checked the fan motor and the bearings were bad, and they were able to get the motor covered under warranty of our unit that is 7 rears old... and they were not the company we had bought the air conditioner or air handler ftom.

Coe Heating also added freon and they used an electronic leak detector and found leaks in the coil which they were also able to get the coil replaced under warranty as well.

In 2 hours we have real fixes that the 2 other companies failed to provide, and warranty covered costs for fan motor and coil.

Needless to say... my recommendation for Coe Heating to everyone is... If you want it done right the first time, you will be extremely pleased with the professionals from Coe Heating.

The technicians were personable and professional. Jeff and Greg took the time to explain the work they were doing, some tips, and walk me through how the system was working. In addition to recommended services, they also gave insight into what things could wait so as to not over charge for unnecessary services.

Liked how the technician explained the problem and how quickly the part was ordered and put in and that he cleaned up his mess and he was nice. And called when he was on his way. All around good experience.

Do not use this company. We replaced a unit from 1992 that was still working but thought we better replace before any problems arose. We had this unit a year and it is making an awful noise. I contacted them and they wanted to charge an $80 service charge plus an ungodly hourly charge once they begin the work. I could understand if the unit was 3-5 years old but this has been used for less than two summers. This is the norm these days. Dishonest companies who do not care about their customers. This company knows we need a second unit for our house and still didn’t have the brains to do the right thing. We will take our business elsewhere.

Jeff O was great! He explained what he was doing and what he saw. He was patient and explained what was needed to fix my furnace. I would highly recommend Coe Heating and Air Conditioning.

Jeff came out and was great with the family dog, working through troubleshooting, and getting the heat back on for a cold weekend. We appreciate all his hard work.

Quick response, Jeff did a thorough job cleaning and fixing issues with our furnace, and attached humidifier. He was very helpful explaining details about our system as we just moved into our home. Would definitely use again.

The Coe technician arrived on time and complete our fall furnace check-up in a timely fashion. He also address my concerns regarding our furnace humidifier. He assured me that we were "good to go" for the winter days ahead.

Coe installed my furnace and A/C system several years ago. System is still working great. I have them service the systems. They always show up in the window given.
Their technicians have been courteous. They perform the service quickly and do not try to upsell me parts that aren’t necessary.

Austin and the young man with him were polite, courteous and worked extremely fast to get my furnace back up and running! From setting up the appointment, receiving a decent heads up that they were in their way, to getting my home warm again…it was a great and simple experience!

I have used Coe Heating & Air conditioning several times now. Whether it be maintenance or installing a new air or heating unit their employees have alwats been professional and willing to take the time to explain to you what they are doing. Never has one of the techs tried to sell me unnecessary items. If they can help you save money they will do their best to help. When ive needed them they have alwats gotten to me quickly, either the same day or the next. I will continue to use Coe for my HVAC needs.
