They were referred to me from a friend, so happy I went with them! He was very professional and answered all my questions. He could have told me anything about my central air issue but he was honest and started with the basics first, I appreciate his honesty. I definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again for all my furnace and air maintenance!!

The Anderson team was super easy to work with. they came and gave me an estimate, and had the new HVAC system installed the next morning. It couldn't have been easier.
I had a full system installed for a heck of a lot less than other heating and air conditioning companies had quoted.

Wanted to add on to my foundation project and tried to get the company to come out. They didn't manage to come out same day which was not an issue. Then the next day they never came out or communicated that they wouldn't. Then the next week they were 30 minutes late to a 2 hour period appointment. Then I was told a price that seemed 8 times more than expected by myself as well as another person in the industry. They never got a quote out to me to confirm the price either. In the end we went with another company due to punctuality, customer service and overall sales representative quality.

I've heard of good quality service by Anderson Plumbing it's a shame that they won't be able to prove if they were worth a shot or not. I hope this can help drive positive change.

We found Anderson’s at the home and garden show in Fort Wayne. They were so easy going and knowledgeable. We scheduled time for a quote. They sent a tech out to give an estimate and it was a bit lower than we expected which was great!

They arrived this morning with a whole crew of guys and had all of the parts needed to complete the job. They installed a new furnace and ac unit so quickly. They were efficient and polite. They cleaned up all of their mess from the work and went over everything they did with us before they left.

Great service Zach!! Considerate, very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work; he immediately located the issue in my AC unit and solved my problem (he also serviced my furnace earlier this year). He briefly educated me on proper care and maintenance and answered all my questions both times, and left me a satisfied customer. Anderson Heating & Air sent two qualified techs that determined the problem immediately. They called me with the “out the door estimate” then went and got the parts and came back and fixed it. This was a very cold single digit morning when they were slammed with many other calls. Very impressed with their professional response. i’ll be telling everybody I know about this company.

We had an emergency call for my elderly mother's house during one of the coldest days of the year. Dominic got there even earlier than their earliest estimated arrival time and got everything fixed (and more) before he was even supposed to have arrived for the day. I'll definitely be calling them back.
