Lidwin was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem & fixed our furnace quickly. He answered all our questions.

Very happy and polite gentleman. I have 2 dogs and a cat and they loved him. He did a good job servicing my heater/ac and I was glad that I was breathing good quality of air because of the filter and system after 2 years. Blake was very respectful and I enjoyed our conversation very much. I sure am glad I chose Home Comfort Experts.

Super nice, fixed one thing that was unfinished by the original installers, didn't have any pipe to fix the main thing I was calling about, was still charged 5 bucks for him to come out and fix something that should have already been done during original install, am I getting charged another 5 bucks whenever someone comes back out to fix the vent pipe?

Home comfort experts were great from beginning to end. We wanted to ensure our AC was working properly. I called on Thursday and they were able to schedule a tech to arrive the following Tuesday. Brendan was communicative prior to the appointment allowing me plenty of time to reschedule a meeting I had around his arrival time.

We talked through the issue and he provided me the upfront cost. Once the diagnostic was completed he shared his findings and what he did to help alleviate the strain on the AC unit.

Update: I’ve also had Tyler for a spring cleaning & Dave for a full duct cleaning. Both were communicative and very knowledgeable.

One of these workers was hired to put in faucets. One in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. Both leak tremendously. Well this guy takes it upon himself to do a house inspection which is not what he was hired for. And the water leak has caused some damage. Well he insisted on giving me a piece of paper to call someone to fix the damages and did not install the faucets or stop the leaks from causing any MORE damage. So yeah he did not do the job he was hired to do and did whatever he wanted and reported to me issues that I already knew about. Plus the leak is still going on

Had a new furnace and AC unit installed along with duct cleaning. All the team members I’ve dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They matched a competitor’s estimate on the furnace/ac install and so far I’m very happy with every service HomeComfort Experts has provided.

Had awful sewer blockage requiring excavator to locate pipes. They were professional, kind experts! We were so impressed with their knowledge and pin pointing of problem. Dealt with at least 6 plumbers on this job from this company in 24 hours and all of them were excellent! Won’t use anyone else.

Jordan Swain came out to give us a quote and was amazing! He went over everything and made sure we understood what this company is about and what we were getting for a furnace! Great Man!

Josh Boyd is an excellent technician. I am very happy with his service on my furnace and duct cleaning. The Remy is a must have to keep your air clean. Don't hesitate to get it installed. Thanks for everything Home Comfort Experts.

What a fantastic experience! Mariah was an absolute pro. She was incredibly courteous and friendly from the moment she arrived. She was also remarkably knowledgeable and helpful, patiently answering all my questions and explaining everything she was doing. It was clear she was committed to doing a great job! She was very thorough, checking every detail to make sure the system was running perfectly. She went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be requesting her for any future service!

My rating is based upon the office receptionist and technicians are very polite,helpful. They do communicate very well and actually show up on time. They came out and misdiagnosed my furnace issue twice. They did give me a discount for their mistake but I still had to call another Fort Wayne HVAC company to properly diagnose my furnace problem. So this is a good company but they need to drop the "experts" title. Home Comfort Service seems more fitting.

Gage and Big Jake went above and beyond on working on my clogged toilet and they worked on it until they got it unplugged and were the most kindest gentlemen ever and explained what they where doing and why it was taking so long to do. You have two great employees here and should be very proud of them. I was very upset and crying and they were very understanding and where explain different options I had and where not pushy at all. I recently had the pleasure of having Billy over for some plumbing work on a Sunday morning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. He showed up right at 8:00 am, exactly when he said he would, and was on time and ready to go. Right from the start, he was friendly, professional, and really took the time to listen.

The issue involved a pretty complex water system from the 1920s, but Billy wasted no time diving in, quickly familiarizing himself with all the details and coming up with a solution. While inspecting the system, he even spotted corrosion on the main faucet that had started to spray further up the line. He didn’t just point it out—he offered a preventative measure I could take and helped me redirect the water in the meantime.

He worked efficiently, but also made sure to do things thoroughly, which I really appreciated. When he finished, he even cleaned up after himself!

The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises, and I felt confident that he took real pride in his work. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable plumber who can handle anything, I highly recommend Billy. I'll definitely be reaching out to him for any future plumbing needs.

Chad and Dillon installed my new high efficiency Furnace in just a couple of hours today. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable in their work. I have been with Home Comfort for nearly 20 yrs and have never been disappointed in their service or products. Kepp up the great work!!

He came to my home found the problem and went the extra mile to get hold of the people who could fix it. Then, he got hold of you guys for HVAC. I will be using you guys for all my problem. As a single mother it a blessing to find a company how really about customers service.

We currently have no heating while it's freezing out and they just ghosted us. We had everything set up to get financed, got approved, but ran into one complication and they ghosted us instead of just simply telling us they couldn't do the job. Called them multiple times and even called their main office, never called us back. The only positive was the guy who came and found the issue with our furnace. A joke of a company.

The serviceman was just supposed to change an old gas valve, but he then also took the time to expertly install our new dryer from Lowe's (Lowe's was not able to presently). I was happy to pay the extra fees to have this done today instead of waiting. Great service!
