Nick was fantastic! Thorough, professional and delightful. Showed me the detail of what he found, implications … I absolutely love Brockman, which is why I have used them for over a decade.

Furnace had a faulty gasket on the humidifier causing water to drip inside the Furnace and eventually drain to the floor. Emily knew within a minute what was causing the leak. Parts runner delivered a new Lennox gasket and repair was completed quickly and efficiently. Great tech and great service. Renewed my annual service agreement with Brockman. Have always had great service with Brockman.

Our 20 year old furnace started making a horrific sound like a metal fan hitting something as the blades passed. Worst of all we were not getting heat and sub-zero temps were called for over the weekend. Brockman was able to send someone out quickly and the tech replaced the part the same day. We previously went with the company that "does it all" since it owned by a member of my wife's family and were happy with their service, but that business has been sold twice since 2020. We were informed by our tech, who was with that company for several years, 3-4 techs are now at Brockman. We will be calling Brockman for all our needs going forward.

We were scheduled within a couple days for a non emergency. Once our tech Loren C. diagnosed the motor was bad we were scheduled for the following Monday. Our tech was great in explaining best practices and offering ways to save money on this large repair. From start to finish we have been pleased with the timeliness, workmanship, and customer service of this company.

John was great! He explained everything clearly and shared with us about our house humidifier that we were unaware of. Brockman is great to work with.

Cameron did a through job on our furnace, humidifier and water heater. He made recommendations and gave estimates on needed services (photos included) but absolutely no pressure. He was polite and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Brockman's to friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Brockman Heating & Air became our go to before we even bought our home. They performed repairs we asked for during closing in Jan ‘25 and were responsive, respectful, and professional when we showed up after closing while they were cleaning up after the repair was completed. They provided a completed work order, invoice and contact information for any questions.

Fast forward to Nov ‘25 and we called them out to perform the annual maintenance on the furnace. They were out within a week of scheduling. Brad, tech assigned to our request, and the office team were fantastic! The office confirmed the appointment in a timely manner day before, provided an update on arrival time morning of along with a picture so we knew who would be knocking on the door. Brad arrived on time and became instant friends with our 2 rescue pups (who are still learning their manners and do not care about personal space just yet), made sure to introduce himself to the humans too and kept the floors clean with the requisite booties. I showed him the unit and attic access. He went right to work, pointed out a couple of issues and fixed them, answered all of my questions then discussed and recommended air filters appropriate for pets and allergy conditions. I ordered those filters ASAP (previous owners had a 1 inch filter in a furnace made for 4” filters!). The filters arrived but don’t fit. I reached back out to the office for assistance because we’ve never had this type of furnace in previous homes and I didn’t want to mess anything up. They walked me through reviewing the space for the filter and how to remove the rod holding the 1” filter in the bigger space to allow the 4” to slide completely in (so thankful for the patience of the office and the installation manager while handling my overwhelmingly cautious nature!).

We were impressed and signed up for the AC system maintenance for spring too (combined cost for additional savings!).

You couldn’t ask for a better team! Knowledgeable, professional, patient, convenient scheduling and loves dogs! 😁

My furnace goes out today at the worst possible time.I had just gotten off work.Ready to go to sleep and my house is freezing, Could you imagine? So brockman's sent out Raymond(GREAT GUY) and he did such a great job! So polite and VERY knowledgeable about his craft, he explained everything so well, by the time he left, I felt like I could take apart a furnace and put it back together, BUT I WON'T, ill call Brockman, and ill be sure to ask for Raymond... THANKS

Very professional and prompt. They did a very through job and I must say after having THREE separate HVAC companies look at our complex job in our over 30k sq ft building, they were able to get it figured out and solved the first time! They will be my businesses go to for now on!

Nick Stern was very pleasant and did his job thoroughly and professionally. He pointed out a couple of things involving our humidifier that needed immediate attention. He then completed those tasks in addition to his other maintenence work. Overall He did a very good job.

We discovered at 9:00pm that our heat had not been working and it was only 60 degrees in our house and dropping fast. We called and someone was able to get to us by 10:30 and had assessed the problem given us a temporary fix for overnight until someone could come the next day with parts (was honest that he could do it that night but would cost way more). The next day they were there by 9am and had prepared us up front for the cost. Both technicians were friendly and easy to interact with. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Also our furnace was 15 years old and they didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Appreciate their dedication and professionalism!

John came for a routine check on the furnace. He was friendly and great at explaining things to me. He found that soon we’d be needing 2 parts replaced and said he could do it now, or we could just wait till things went haywire. We opted for now. I appreciated the choice and information. Brockman always good people in my book!

Made contact with this company and they made it out on the same day. My geothermal unit was not heating our house at all and Loren was sent out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He did not have enough of the refrigerant that my system takes but he called one of the other techs and was able to get enough to fix our unit the same day. Company is a top tier with Customer Service and Loren is a very knowledgeable tech!
