Yesterday, I was blessed with having Trent come out to clean and fix parts of our fireplace. It’s been many years since we were able to start our fireplace and now I know that it’s exactly the way it needs to be. Trent was kind and patient while being in a home filled with sick kids and a few animals walking around. It can be hard to let people in your home especially after being sick for weeks and he didn’t make me feel badly about any of it. Him and his assistant were able to finish the job within a couple of hours and all of his pricing was fair and upfront.

It was reassuring to have had the same positive experience like many of the reviews I read before hiring him.

Trust your gut and go with Trent! He’s worth waiting for and he’s worth the lower prices he offers as well. Thank you Trent for making our home feel even more like the amazing home it is. We appreciate you and all of your guys hard work. Happy holidays!

Trent did a fantastic job.He was very thorough in his work. He took his time to explain everything to have it function at its best before putting the fireplace insert back in after cleaning and inspecting it and the chimney. He installed new insulation on the trim surrounding the fireplace insert. He even made sure to clean up the whole area before leaving. I would definitely recommend Trent to anyone who is looking to have their fireplace and/or chimney serviced or inspected. I know when it comes time to have the other fireplace looked at, we will definitely call him again!

Came on time, but then drew out every aspect of the service because he gets paid hourly. Cannot believe how slow and unprofessional. Literally at one point said, “I have no idea what I’m doing.” Will NEVER call again.

I would not recommend this business. Employee was unprofessional and overcharged for the parts and labor. He was unable to locate the parts from his vehicle in a timely manner due to the condition of the vehicle. I am certain that contributed to the labor costs. The part in question was a third of the cost he charged me. He did such a great job, I am fixing it myself. Seek professional assistance elsewhere.

I recently used Zink to troubleshoot and repair a difficult furnace issue. He was able to trace the issue and repair it quickly. The price for his time and "know-how" was very fair. One thing I really appreciate about Zink is that they will always try to repair and to extend the life of my appliances rather than recommending replacement. Very honest people.

They did a great job putting in our furnace and heat pump. One of the few places where they clean up after themselves. They showed us how everything worked. Highly recommend them

The only thing consistent about picking up loads here is it may not even be produced within the 5 hours of your appt time. Your delivery appt most likely will be scheduled so that by the time you depart JCI you are already late to your reciever. LoL More often than not you will be waiting even if you drop a trailer in advance when allowed. Jus a disappointment overall.

Working with Nicely Done Mechanical has been nothing but a joy. Well as much of a joy as it can be when you have hvac issues. We first used him when one of our rental houses lost ac. The owner was compltly booked for the day but said he would be there because it's to hot to go without. He arrived late in the day look as he had a long day but still had a smile on his face. He got right to work. Unfortunately for us our unit was from the early 90s and it was a better option to do a full replacment. He gave us options and the pros and cons. Didn't push us is any direction. We chose a full replacment which he took care of the next day. Everything has worked great. We have had them service all of our rental houses and our personal house. Nicely Done Mechanical has taken great care of us and has completly fair prices. Our anual services and filter changes use to be double what nicely done charges. We will continue to use them and the great service they provide for all of our properties. The owner and his staff are a joy to work with and they always get the job done with no issues or hassles.

The owner, Brian, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of his work speaks for itself - he truly cares about what he does and who he works with. I would 100% recommend him to any friend or family member I have!
