Where do I even start??!! Brian Nicely is an absolute top notch professional in every aspect of HVAC system maintenance and repairs.
Not only is Brian very knowledgeable HVAC, he also took care of 2 totally unrelated problems in my basement!!
So I am very grateful for him willing to do that and also at a very reasonable and fair price point.
One extra thank you note: I had this very old and heavy piece of equipment that I thought was impossible to remove from the basement. Him and his team were able to complete that task without any damage because they took such great care.

I'm extremely happy with the system Brian installed in my detached building. Based on his suggestion, I went with a Bosch heat pump unit and duct sox ductwork. The install was clean and efficient with Brian keeping me informed of progress every day. He's great at sharing relevant technical details on the Bosch system and walked me through system operation after the install. I would recommend this install to anyone looking to add heating/cooling into their building. I'm very satisfied and looking forward to working with Brian on future projects!

Paul, the service technician with Flow-Tech in Columbia City, IN did an excellent job troubleshooting why the water heater wasn’t working. He discovered issues with the condensation drain and a hornets nest in the exhaust pipe. Water heater is working perfectly.

Austin was very good. He was very knowledgeable and gave really good detail about the work he was completing for me. Updated me throughout the process as well. Also provided good information about my water filtration system that they didn’t even service for me. Highly recommend Flo-tech for your plumbing problems.

Flow Tech is the best. We moved to the area 5 years ago. They serviced us one time. We were very happy. We had a water emergency at our house at 2:30 today, Friday, and it's fixed by 6:30. On top of that, the gal that answers the phone and dispatches was amazing, and Steve Bangs did a bang up job.

Paul came out to my house and was curious and professional. He offered me a fair estimate without trying to “up sale”. I appreciated that.

Paul from Flow-Tech did a great job. We needed a new gas line to our grill. He got right to work and was extremely neat. After he was done, you would never have known he was there. He was friendly, polite and very professional. Outstanding!

Flo Tech disconnected water faucets and installed new ones. Job was complicated, but technician was informative all the way and very professional! He arrived exactly when he said he would. Very friendly and thoroughly explained options of the entire process.

Zach called and said he would be here in 15 minutes and he came in the house to see what needed fixed which was a whole new bath tub drain assembly. Not an easy job to get to but he got it all installed as a professional would. I was impressed!
He then pulled the toilet in the garage and cleaned off all of the old wax seal and installed a new one and all new mounting hardware.
And he always checked real well to make sure there were not any leaks on everything he worked on.
I was really surprised to hear I was even going to get a Veteran discount. That says a lot about this Company!
I would recommend Zach and this Company to everyone that needs any work like this done.
