Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Thank you again for your hard work!

Called for a quote on a new furnace and a/c. The tech showed up on time, looked over the job and said he would get a quote to me. No quote, no call.
This was a complete waste of my time.

Mr. Durville Martin showed up on time and ready to go. He thoroughly cleaned the A/C unit and even found a way to improve on the blower unit on the inside. He was a joy to work with and look forward to the fall to see him service the furnace unit.

It so happens I won this free year by going to the Home & Garden show. I will be continuing to use Generex, LLC.

Durville was like the HVAC god that flew in and fixed my garage heater. Very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He also advised me on what to do to prevent further failure. Generex and my Construction company work together all the time as well. I strongly recommend these guys.

Just had Generex come and service my home HVAC system. The Technician Durville was very polite and knowledgeable. My system was 21+ years old. He gave me all my options from limping this system by to replacement. I appreciated that there was no high pressure sales tactics. I will be using these guys in the future
