Nate arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was cordial and professional. It didn’t take long to understand he knew what he was doing. He went through the system and explained what he was finding and how to fix the problems. That’s a brief Reader’s Digest version but, to get to the point, good service at a fair price. I’ll use this company again if needed.

Ron Covey was always on time, courteous, and he installed my whole home purifier efficiently and timely. He also helped me locate an issue with my gas that allowed me to call NIPSCO to get it fixed and he showed me how to use my thermostat in my new home. Five stars across the board!

We appreciated that Justin talked us through several options on moving a new heating system from a flooded crawl space to the inside of the house and we were able to choose what we feel works best for us. His employees worked efficiently and courteously, mostly in the cold and mud, to complete the project. We are very grateful!

We have been completely satisfied with the service from JFMiller. They installed a new furnace and Air conditioner for our home and all the work was professionally done, when they said it would be done and they even positioned the air conditioning unit so that it was away from the dryer vent. When we found out the vent cap went missing in high winds, they had it replaced on the next business day after we called them. We highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

Technician Ron Covey was very professional and completed maintenance of my furnace in less than an hour. Ron explained the service he did and didn’t leave anything for me to clean up afterwards.

In April (2021) J. F Miller installed a new A/C unit outside and a new evaporator coil on my inside unit, plus a new thermostat. To do this they had to remove and re-fit my existing down-flow gas furnace as well, and build a new base and filter box. Their workmanship is so much better than what they replaced! With the new installation even the gas heater works better and quieter than it did. My system had serious air leaks before and now the whole unit is sealed up tight. The A/C works great now that we are actually getting some hot days to try it out. I'm expecting my heating bills to go down this coming Winter now that I'm not losing all the hot air out into the garage where the furnace sits. Their price was very reasonable and they finished the job in just one day! I definitely recommend J. F. Miller for HVAC work.

We called around noon when we realized our furnace wasn’t running. They were able to get someone out within a couple of hours & fixed the problem within an hour. Everyone we interacted with was professional & very pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

They were very prompt, professional and tidy. We were thrilled they worked quickly and got our heat back on within a couple hours. Also loved that they wore shoe coverings and put down drop clothes from the entry door all the way to the furnace room. Everything was clean when they left.
