They are amazing! Came in first thing and fixed everything! Kristen took care of everything and I had no worries. Team did great!

We were very pleased with our service. He arrived in a timely manner and explained what he needed to do. He left things as clean, if not cleaner, than he found them, was courteous and quick. I would certainly be willing to use him again, and with Korte in general.

Thankful for the Honest technician Jacob. Without his integrity, Korte could have taken me for a ride. I had my original service scheduled for Monday 12:00-2:00 to clean out my drains. Korte canceled because of a single point of failure & informed me the machine was broke. (You’re telling me there is only 1 snake/auger within the entire company?) Korte Rescheduled me for 5:30 on a Tuesday and tried to charge me “after hours service fee” which is double the regular fee. Long story short highly disappointed with Korte but thankful for Jacob’s integrity.

Ryan and the other guys he worked with did an EXCELLENT job at replacing my entire furnace and ac unit in the middle of winter. Took all day, but they were thorough, kind and walked us through everything they did and proper upkeep. Very happy with the service received and will use them again in the future!

My experience with Korte was excellent. My technician, Israel was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all questions. He came out same day and fixed the problem. I will recommend this company to family and friends.

I had a main breaker go bad(10/1), I called Korte to come fix it and they were prompt and came quickly fixing that issues. While the tech (Harry) was here he advise that the fix was temporary and that I would need to have a more permanent fix. I knew I needed to update my panel from 100 amp to 200 amp at some point and I figured this was the time to do it. We scheduled a time for it to happen the next week(10/8).

When the techs (Justin)came out the next week they did the work, it did take them from 8:15 am until about 9:30 pm to finish the work. I had left them alone to work but I did go out and look at the line once they had reattached to drop and I noticed it hadn’t been raised. I had talked to Harry about the need of it being higher from the ground as it was currently low enough I could jump to touch it, I would say about 8 ft. The tech Justin said he hadn’t known about that but did try to raise it some, so it is now about 10 ft from the ground. I did not have a chance to check the finished work for a day due to my work schedule. When I did check it, I noticed a few cosmetic issues that needed to be fixed. The panel was not mounted square in the wall resulting in not all of the mounting screws attaching, there are gaps between the panel and the wall allowing you to see into the wall, and there was a hole in the ceiling of the garage were there had not been a hole before, infact one of the techs screw drivers was in the hole(I did not think of taking a picture of that and I wish I had). I called them on 10/11 to let them know of the issues and try getting it fixed an appointment was set for 10/17 for after 5 because I said I would not take more time off of work for them to fix a problem that shouldn’t have been.

10/17 comes, and the tech (Justin) comes back out he told me he hadn’t been told of the issue until that day. He then fixed the panel, making it so all panel screws are now attached to the box. He also took pictures of the other issues and said he would tell his manager and I should get a call the next day 10/18 and if not to let him know. I did not receive the call the next day and let him know. This is where it is at this time. I have provided them time to try and fix the situation to no avail and maybe will have something happen from this review. If not it may help other possible customers know of what they may run into when dealing with Korte. I will say the tech Justin was friendly as was Harry, but the finish work and attention to detail is lacking for the price I paid.

Update 11/11
I was contacted about fixing the issues shortly after the initial review was posted and told D & S interiors would contact me. When they did we tried to work out a time for them to come and I was informed they only work from 8 to 3, this makes it difficult for me since I would be at work and I would need to take time off. I scheduled it for Veterans Day, and D & S came out did the work and it looks like it should have in the first place. D & S did a wonderful job and minus the scheduling I would recommend them, though I'm not sure what all they do or their cost.

I am still unhappy with the quality of work, the cost, the time I had to take off of work ( which costs me more) for them to fix their lack of quality finishing, and that it took so long for them to fix their work. I would not recommend them for future work. I will acknowledge that I was made aware of the cost upfront and agreed to it.

Korte Does It All in a professional manner time and time again. Ryan, the technician, was friendly, courteous, and totally professional. He explained in detail how our furnace and humidifier were working, and made sure if we had any questions or concerns they would be addressed promptly. We especially liked his honesty when he said our furnace and humidifier filters were fine and didn’t need replacement any time soon. We are on the prepaid maintenance plan that we like very much since we’re assured “VIP” treatment for any repairs, if necessary, and a discount! All in all, we highly recommend Korte for all your HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Overall, a decent experience with the technician and was out to the house same day. The cost of water heaters with Korte are what I feel are waaaay overpriced, which was very disappointing. Felt kind of “stuck” with the incoming snow storm and sub zero weather coming in the next day and didn’t have any other options. I did feel very taken advantage of. I found the same water heater online for half the cost ($2000+). Not sure if I’ll use Korte again due to this experience. Rating is due to over charging in my eyes.

Excellent estimate for water heater replacement from Noah! He’s thorough and super knowledgeable. I appreciate his willingness to explain everything in an understandable way. He listened to my concerns and offered a water heater replacement option that works best for me. Great communicator!

Korte repair man readjusted 2 outlets on my walls by using his screw driver to tighten the electrical bracket screws. 👍🏼
Went into my kitchen and checked 3 under the
counter lights, 2 were not working.
He replaced 2 light bulbs after making a trip to
Lowe’s (which I appreciated very much) I do
not drive. 👍🏼
We went out to the fuse box in the garage to check it and Korte repairman suggested replacing a part for better protection of the box.
He ask me about my furnace while in the garage which Korte installed and observed the absence of a part probably he said should have been put on when furnace was installed ?
I ask for an approximate cost for possible future
replacement. 👍🏼

Over all I would say I received excellent service
by a knowledgeable young man, his time has a value….but I am in your Korte Club and honestly was very surprised at the cost of the service.

Have heard good things about Korte so I have them a shot and was not disappointed!! I had a faulty breaker switch korte got me for the next day Justin Sloan was aces! He found and fixed the switch and even fixed one of our outlets that was simply wired wrong will definitely ask for him in the future ! Thanks again Korte

We had to have our electrical box upgraded. Tyler and Brandon did a great job. They were polite and
Did exactly what was needed. When you call in to get an estimate, ask for one of them. I will definitely use them again.
Then, I had to have some electrical work done at one of my other properties. I worked with Justin and he was awesome. He figured out my problem and made sure that everything was safe before he left.

I cannot recommend Korte enough! Ric went above and beyond to make sure my parents would have heat as soon as possible. He was patient and kind making sure they knew all the options, and going the extra mile to get them taken care of quickly. 10/10!!

Caleb and another technician came out the next day and made quick work of repairing our heating problems. We have been sitting in the cold for 3 weeks.
