We decided it was time for a new furnace and A/C since ours was over 25 years old. Durville gave us a very detailed and reasonable quote for a Trane system and explained all the improvements thoroughly.

On install day, the team worked quickly and professionally (always covering their shoes as they entered our house) and made absolutely certain that the heat was running before they left. On day two, they completed all the installation and left the garage absolutely spotless. Durville took time to review all the work, and explain how to use the thermostat.

The thing that impressed us the most was that they corrected issues that previous HVAC companies ignored and made sure the system was the most optimized. It was a fantastic experience and we truly enjoyed working with such professionals.

My technician Durville Martin was very timely and knowledgeable. He completed the service of my system in a very thorough manner and provided an honest opinion (reflecting my best interest) on what I should do with the system moving forward. Exceptional service!

They were able to get our on the schedule within one week. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Logan did an incredible job on the sheet metal for the new furnace. Mike was efficient and knowledgeable about the furnace and installation went great and done in one day. Durville was on-site and helping out along with Mike and Logan. I can’t stress enough how wonderful they were with everything.

Durville came to our home today and serviced our Central Air System. Not only did he do that but he figured out our air cleaner problem, and gave me direction on how we to replace it.

I had a new unit put in by this company. I told the owner justin that my ducts were messed up and I'm not getting circulation throughout my whole house. They failed to fix my ducts and vents. My main duct to the unit is disconnected and is going under my house causing my electric to be $300+ a month. I keep trying to call and all I'm being told is they're super busy and they wouldn't be mad if we went elsewhere. How about you finish the job you started?!

I understand that our air flow issue is a drop in the bucket for what you all do and with the 911 calls you get on A/C units but you made my project feel important and a priority.

From our initial meeting to evaluate a solution you showed enthusiasm and a desire to help us find the most cost effective way to solve our problem. Your passion is unparalleled. You were prompt in giving us an estimate despite your busy and demanding schedule.

Then when Roberto came, I was met with great updates on the appointment via your online scheduling app. Roberto was on time and was super helpful in thoroughly explaining what he was going to do. Having not been to my house, he was fully aware of what he was facing. He took the time to understand my concerns and look at every register and duct run that I pointed out. After the 1st damper he installed he made sure to show me how to operate it.

I then had to go back to work but when he finished he walked my wife through the completed job and made sure that she was satisfied before he left. My wife was really impressed with Roberto’s professionalism and kind demeanor. Both my wife and I could tell he had a passion for this line of work and enjoyed his job.

I encounter many installers and subcontractors during my job and you and Roberto exceeded our expectations.

My wife said that should we need any further hvac work done she wanted JF Miller out again. I will definitely recommend your service dept to others.

Over the last 4 or 5 years, we've had various components of our old central air HVAC system fail. First it was our furnace. I called Justin at JF who quoted me a price to replace our old furnace (about 15 years old), and it died right before the winter cold set in - we had just fired it up because the evenings were getting chilly. We gave JF Miller the job to replace our furnace, as their prices were the best of everyone we called. They were out just a couple days later to install our new furnace! Fast forward a few years... Late last summer, our AC unit failed. I called JF Miller, bypassing all the others, because of how they treated us with the furnace. Justin and another tech came out and worked on it for a good part of the day. Because it was the end of the summer season, I didn't want to install a new, pricey unit for just a few weeks use. Justin got the old unit going for us, but said it probably wouldn't last long, and he'd be happy to get us going on a new AC unit in the spring. Me being the tightwad I am waited till almost June, and near 90 degree weather to fire up the AC for the first time this season. Well, Justin was right, as it was dead when I tried to crank it up! No cool air at all! Once again, I called JF Miller. Justin again quoted me a price that I knew was a good deal from my research. I gave JF Miller the job... Mind you, this was now their busy time of the year, so I fully expected a long wait. Surprisingly, just days later, Justin was able to squeeze us in. Our new AC unit went in without a hitch! Fast forward a couple weeks. Yesterday morning, I woke up to the oddest noise coming from our AC/furnace... Went out to the furnace to find it whining like an injured sasquatch that lost a fight with a couple unicorns from hell! Thinking our relatively new furnace was dying, I began to panic. While I was researching the noise, I noticed our new AC unit was cycling about every 30 seconds, and the supply line was frozen. I knew the charge was low. This caused the "A" coil that sits on top of the furnace to freeze up, which greatly reduced the airflow through the furnace, causing the terrible whine. JF Miller to the rescue once again!! They determined that the old "A" coil was failing/leaking. With that came yet another quote. Of course, I knew it was a great price from my research. I gave them the job to change it out. Just two days after JF Miller looked at the system and discovering the leaky "A" coil, I had a new one installed. The system is up and running, and purring like a kitten. Our house is comfy again!

Looking back, with how old our original system was getting to be when the furnace failed, I should have had JF Miller just replaced everything all at once, but I was stingy, and had a mind that said "no need to replace the stuff that ain't broke". Dumb way to think!! Lol!

Purchased furnace and ac unit three yrs ago. Very efficient and professionally installed. Very prompt service for yearly check up. Would recommend J F Miller for installation or service . Good quality and economic.

This is our 4th time using JF Miller and we are so happy with their team and the way they run their company. The team in the office is friendly, knowledgable and quick to help. And the onsite work is done professionally and allows me to ask the questions I have and better understand our system. It's so hard to navigate all of the heating and cooling companies that are available, but JF Miller is the best!

Very good service, prompt on appointment (3 pm-5pm) arrived at 3:10. Service technician was nice and ask if we had any questions or issues that needed to be addressed. We would highly recommend this company .

Chris and his helper did an excellent job with A.C. Tune up including whatever they needed to do with thermostat. Chris had originally installed the equipment and therefore was familiar with what he needed to do. He explained to me all that was done professionally. A+ Thank you J.P.

Kyle and Mark were the technicians today. Kyle assisted me by connecting my American Standard furnace with my smart phone so that I could monitor my heating on my phone. Terrific!
They explained service as they checked each part of the scheduled maintenance (not that I'm questioning their expertise,; just so I understand what and why they do what they do!)

I got told that they’re not allowed to work on mobile homes. If you live in a mobile home park, you cannot evidently have work done from them. If you own the land and the trailer then they can supposedly that makes no sense from a company like you guys, I will definitely not recommend you to nobody at all for this. This is ridiculous. You guys will not help out somebody in a trailer in a trailer park when it has nothing to do with them when I own my own trailer, you guys need to explain it out to people better

Installed and maintained by JF Miller for the last 3 years. Their service contract to come out fall and spring is wonderful and keeps me on task for maintenance (which I never remember) . Every technician I've had out has been very nice and professional. Highly recommended!

Not only did he do the service we requested, he was so kind to help discuss other options that could be helpful for our home now and in the future. I can’t express enough how great our service experience was.
