I found Flow Tech on a google search when my house suddenly couldn't handle two water sources running at once. I was super impressed with our plumber, Paul. He was professional, courteous, gave me great insight into how my plumbing was set up and how it was working (or not working) with my water softener. Paul's prerogative was definitely to help me understand my issues and get my plumbing working properly again, and not to sell me things I didn't need. We're definitely calling Flow-Tech again next time we have plumbing needs.

I am so impressed with Paul. He was incredibly helpful, thorough and patient. He took the time to explain the plumbing issue we had to deal and was efficient and effective in dealing with it. Paul did an excellent job! Very detailed and thorough with work. He replaced sump pump float and adjusted heights of floats on both sump pump. Highly recommend him.

This was my first experience with FlowTech and I would recommend them to anyone. From my first call to the service being done everyone was polite and professional. Aaron was fantastic! He explained what he was doing as he was doing it. As a service technician I appreciate his willingness to explain not just what he was checking but why and what he expected to get. Corey was a life saver this past summer when our AC went out right before a heat wave right before we were going out of town for our wedding. He was able to fix it right before we left so all our cats would be safe and not baking in the house. This past service he also went above and beyond. Flow tech is awesome.

I called FlowTech on Wednesday and they were able to come out that same Friday. Paul was really awesome. Super polite and I was amazed at how quick he was able to perform the repair. J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️
