A great company, Justin responded to phone calls and emails quickly with great professionalism and gave me a great price on a new furnace and AC. The installation crew did a great job removing my old furnace and AC and installing the new one. Did a great job answering any questions I had and cleaning up after themselves. The new American Standard unit is just awesome!

We had JF Miller install our new American Standard HVAC system in our home. The experience was great. Justin came out and estimated our system and his expertise was evident, he suggested exactly what was needed and gave us options based on need and not on cost. Alex, Kyle and another gentleman (Luis?) came out and did a very professional job on the installation. I would definitely recommend JF Miller for any a/c or furnace related install or service. Their service is excellent and everyone within this company has been a pleasure to deal with !!!

I highly recommend these guys. We just had a new furnace installed and the experience could not have been better. Justin (sales) is the most knowledgeable Heating/AC person I've ever dealt with. Gave me great confidence in them from the get go. Every appointment was kept on time and I was notified when they were on their way and who I'd be meeting. Installation was smooth and clean. I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner that was recently installed. These guys are awesome! I received several quotes from different companies. Justin was the only one who took the time to walk through my home to make sure he quoted the best system for us. He even recommended adding a cold air return to help with the lack of cool air to our second floor. I work days, he stopped by while I wasn’t home and walked me through everything over the phone making it super convenient and easy! The guys even installed the equipment while I was at work. We couldn’t be any happier with the professional service we received and I am extremely grateful. I definitely recommend J.F. Miller!

The team did a great job at adding AC entirely to my home. Very happy with the care to my home. The installation went over well, and best of all, they didn’t try to rip me off due to me being younger, which I did experience with other companies in the area. When it comes time to do my furnace, I’m for sure calling back!

Go elsewhere - they are too busy to help you. JF Miller installed the AC in my home when it was built 20 yrs ago, They have always performed prompt and professional service when it was needed. So when we decided to replace our system (before it goes out on us) we naturally decided to give them the business. Called them just to get a quote. The lady I spoke to told me Jason would call me back. When he did not, I called him and asked about getting a quote, He flat out told me he would not be able to help me as they were too busy. I told them I was not in a hurry and it didn't matter. They refused to even give a quote or a lead time. This is the first time I have ever had a service business flat out tell me to go away. Go elsewhere - they are too busy to help you.

JF Miller installed a whole new HVAC system for us a couple years ago. And they’ve done regular maintenance on the system ever since. We have had a wonderful experience every time. Everyone we have dealt with has been polite and professional, and they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Had JF Miller come out for routine yearly maintenance. They always have knowledgeable staff and are very courteous and professional. There’s been absolutely nothing negative about any interaction I’ve ever had with them. They were the same company that installed our furnace and air conditioner. Very pleased with their service.

Folks this is an exceptional company. I have not experienced customer service this excellent by any other company in my entire 65 years of living. Their respect and attention to my needs and comfort level was first on their priority list. During the estimate they explained and showed me everything that they recommended and why. The estimate was well within the cost that I had hoped for based on my research. They answered questions promptly that I had later. They did not try to oversell me on higher end units because they said those would be overkill for my house and not save me enough money on electric and gas bills to make it worthwhile in the long run. They identified a problem with my return air and worked to find a solution that didn’t cost a lot and didn’t leave me with a need for drywall repair. They repaired vents that were loose. They explained everything they were doing and gave me options to consider. They were concerned about whether the furnace noise level was too loud and took a part back to the shop to insulate it better to reduce the noise. They worked hard the entire time they were here. I’m not sure they even took a lunch! They tested the system and taught me how to use it. They even gave me a 15% discount for having a service agreement with them though I have only been a customer for a year. They called in extra help when they were afraid they wouldn’t finish in one day as they had promised. I really appreciated that I heard no cursing or rough language. I could go on and on but you get the picture. And oh yes my system works great and the temp of my house is way more comfortable and uniform. Absolutely stellar company and they have my business for life.

We had our furnace serviced and repaired today and we were very satisfied. I called many places to ask questions and they were the only company I called that was willing to talk to me and offer advice over the phone. All the other companies I called would only say "we have to come out". They gave us a great price on the repair and a new service agreement. They were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Justin Kuhn helped me get things moving and was very honest and informative when he visited to provide a quote for my issues. Had to get a new outdoor AC unit and a new HVAC coil. Once a quote was provided and agreed upon, they were very fast to get the job done. Fair pricing and good work, would highly recommend

Very knowledgeable, patient, explained everything prior and while doing procedures. Even took time to call his boss to check on different procedures so as not to have to do any extra procedures which would have cost me a lot more money. Thank you Mr. Helmuth for all you did for me on Friday.

Carson did an absolutely an amazing job. He went through the furnace, cleaned everything up and explained the issues that he found. No high pressure sales, no panic or exaggerated problems. He is a polite, professional and true honest repair expert.

Got my gas line capped and really couldn’t recommend our guy more. He was very friendly, worked quick and did a great job. The price felt high, but a leaky gas connection would cost a lot more. I will keep with Korte for future work.

Ric Adams was sent out to my house and explained everything that would be done and laid out different options and made my decision feel like it was the best one. Definitely was lucky to get him out on this service call.

Hunter came to fix a couple of electrical outlets and see about an under-cabinet light. He took time to learn about the situation and even what color of plugs to use. He also explained that we would need to buy the light for under the cabinet and how to install it if we wanted to, or he would be happy to come back to install it.

I’m very happy with my experience with Korte, and especially David. We’ve been having some drainage issues and I was fortunate enough to get a technician out later that day. David was very easy to work with, highly knowledgeable, and thorough. I’m a Service Technician for a company that holds a high standard for employees and it was wonderful to see another tech with the same qualities. I was impressed with Korte enough to setup a yearly subscription for their services with everything else I need around my home and look forward to working with them again.

We had a partial outage due to a heater and needed someone to come out to our home as soon as possible. It was midnight on a Saturday and we were ere having no luck finding anyone available, eventually we found Justin, and you might think he would’ve been annoyed to have to come out so late but he was nothing big kind, and courteous. Once he arrived it turned out it was a simple on and off of our power switches, and again he was so nice and happy we didn’t have a bigger problem on our hands. We’re so glad we found him and will definitely reach out if we need anything else in the future!
