Michael was friendly. However, I don't feel Kitten upheld their advertisement. An inspection was to be done only if I agreed to a membership and nowhere on the Korte flyer does it represent that understanding. Very disappointed in Korte and will look to take my business elsewhere.

Update: A rep from Korte called two days after the review. The gentleman was apologetic for the misunderstanding and sent the service tech back out the next day after his contact. The tech was superb and Korte ended up honoring the promotion.

Ric was very kind and informative. Our 20 year-old furnace was giving its a last gasp today. He helped us make our decision to replace an old old system, including the air conditioner that has a function in years. He helped us with the financing and the terms that we needed. I highly recommend Korte.

I am very pleased with the technician Faven. He was on time, very noligable, explained everything in terms I understand and took time to answer all my questions. I would recommend 100% having him solve your electrical problems and giving you the the best options to solve them. Thanks Faven.

We highly recommend Ryan!! He was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond checking our HVAC system. He was thorough and took the time to not just look things over but talk through it and explain things to us for more sustainable maintenance and care.

Noah was on time and very professional. He answered all my questions, was very helpful, and I'm very happy with the work that he did. Korte and Noah are the best. I've used Korte for many different things over the years, and I've always been pleased. I'll definitely continue calling them whenever I have an issue. Very satisfied, very happy

Korte came out Thanksgiving Day it was cold and windy. Aaron the tech was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with once given the job he went right to work and finished in the amount of time he told me he would be done. I think the price was high but I am satisfied with the work.

Jordan was wonderful. He was very informative, quick with his findings and very communicative. I wasn’t able to be there so he was able to let himself in and help himself to the issues he was called out to fix. I will ask for him by name everytime I need to hire Korte Does It All to come tend to a problem. Highly recommend.

James did an amazing job. First we thought it was a tub drain that was bad. It was going to be pricey to fix, but he didn't leave until he had exhausted all possibilities and eventually found that it was just a loose showerhead that went unnoticed. The shower head was leaking so bad it was dumping more water into the wall column than it was out the shower head. Plus the show handle casing wasn't tight enough and it was letting more water behind it. Great service and professionalism. Went from a $1200 fix to $120 flat rate fee.

Very happy with the visit today from Korte. Logan did an amazing job thoroughly assessing our water heater and plumbing situation. He was very patient and courteous with my questions and was able to get us a great quote.

Marc was very thorough and made sure everything was done to exacting standards. He also explained everything to me, pricing and all options. I have used Korti for several projects and have always had great service.

Thanks for all you did to get us up and running quickly! Mike was very understanding of our needs to fix our tankless heater and offered multiple solutions for me, and we were able to get it done so we could open our business without too much delay. The installers who came were super nice courteous and got it done quickly and professionally.

Zachary did an awesome job inspecting our furnace and we were relieved that there were no worrisome issues with our unit and the noise was just from a loose part on the cover that needed an adjustment. Some places would say our unit would need replaced just because of how old it is, but we are thankful it still has plenty of life and no parts or a total replacement were necessary! I appreciate the quality of work as much as the honesty and professionalism of Zachary and all of the Korte team!

The plumber/technician was excellent and knowledgeable. The scheduling department was rather clueless. They were not able to give a quote for the project I needed to have done and couldn’t really figure out how to handle two different jobs at two addresses for me. Very pricy overall, but the technician found ways to make the cost more realistic and in line with competitors.

Overall positive experience with Korte. They responded promptly and tried to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, it will require more work to fix it. Jacob was great. He’s very professional and treated my property with respect and explained things well. I would definitely recommend Jacob.

The technician was here in a timely manner, very helpful and courteous of our home, and gave great tips for preventing further incidents and even gave us some tips for maintaining our water heater (which was not why he was here).

Sam Woodfill with Korte replaced our 15-year-old primary and backup sump pump system with a new combo system. He arrived just as scheduled and had the new system installed and fully checked in under two hours. Great guy! Great company to work with!

Signed up for a membership with Korte and have had a couple services done over that pas 9 months and I’m very happy with the experiences I’ve had. Every person that’s come out has been great and this time it was Caleb, who was great to talk to and work with. He showed great quality in both completing his tasks and showing honesty and integrity while doing so. I look forward to any future experiences with Korte and Caleb. I’d recommend Korte to friends and family, and would recommend the membership. It’s paid for itself already. Thanks for the great service!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had within the service industry. They were very concerned about our issue just as much as we were. I appreciated that empathy. Customer service is alive and well. And when the plumber (Jacques) showed up, he was incredible. He was funny, personable, and professional. He gave us choices and then went right to work. He was done with our issue in minutes, not hours. This is totally our new company for HVAC, plumbing, and everything else that they do.

My heating element on my 1999 water heater burned up. Korte came out the same day and installed a new water heater. Israel was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very confident in his quality removal and installation. He also tought me about my Radon mitigation system. I highly recommend Korte Does It All. We even signed up for the maintenance plan.

*Update; it's been 5 days since Korte said they would reach out, no one has except to give me additional quotes/estimates for the work. They have now finished the work and my total bill is $22,000+ for a cleanout repair, replacing a 10 foot section, and putting in the new liner inside the existing pipe. This again does not include the approximately 25x25 section I will need to have landscaping done again as well.*

I have mixed feelings about Korte Does It All. The technicians themselves have all been great to work with, they've explained things well. However, there have been several problems along the way. I understand that the plumbing problems themselves are not on Korte, but that hasn't been the issue with Korte Does it All.
1. It started with a cleanout repair, I was told they would not need to enter my house so I left for work as they only needed to be outside. The technician arrived, did the repair, left used gloves on my sidewalk, the pipe was crooked, and most importantly, they did end up needing to go inside to run water to make sure there were no leaks. I was not home so I told them how they could unlock my front door, they then left the door unlocked from the time the left until I got home from work, approximately 4 hours! This is a HUGE problem for me as my house was then just open to anyone all afternoon.
2. They then came out another time to run the camera through the lines and found that part of the pipe had collapsed due to roots. This was a 10ft section needing repaired. They have repaired that 10ft section of pipe, but they arrived in the afternoon on a Friday, broke the backhoe so it sat in my yard the entire weekend. They then came back out Monday morning, had the backhoe fixed and then covered the hole better, but the issue I have there is in the pictures below that 10ft section needing replaced has turned into a huge landscaping ordeal for me which will cost me more now to fix.
3. They still need to come out to do the "non invasive" line repair. This is not complete so I can't comment on anything except the price, which I'm sure it's standard, but all in all this project will be around $15,000+ to fix plus the extra for the landscaping that I need to do because "We aren't landscapers." I was hoping that some could be taken off of the total cost for the troubles, specifically leaving my door open all afternoon but that has not and probably won't happen.

TL-DR: I won't use Korte beyond this project and wouldn't recommend them to anyone in the future.
