We have used Custom Assured Mechanical since we moved to this area. Almost Four years ago. Service has been great. They come twice a year and inspect the equipment and clean the drains, answer our questions and replace the air filter. We could not be happier with their service.

Custom Assured Mechanical has taken wonderful care of us for the last 14 years. Julie is a joy to talk with in the office. When we have an issue she gets us scheduled for service quickly and we look forward to getting our regular service scheduled as well. Jacob does a thorough job when he’s here. He is very courteous, always on time and takes care of our property. He answers any questions we have.

We have used CAM since our house was built. Always friendly. Fully trust them. Kelly is super nice when you call in and makes your feel comfortable like your family on the phone. They try to send the same technicians out every time.

I have been with Custom Assured for 22 years, I have been very happy with their service. They show up twice a year for maintenance, any problems I have had in between they take care of in a timely fashion Last Winter I discovered at 10pm that my furnace was not working, I called the emergency no. and the tech had just walked in the door from another emergency job, he said he would come out but I told him we would be fine until morning. He was at my door bright and early and got everything fixed up. I would recommend them anytime.

Had Logan out for my ac cleaning.He was very professional & polite. He told me all that he did . My ac unit is working fine. Logan is welcome back anytime.

I have been using Custom Assured for about 15 years. I signed up for the yearly service plan and it has totally paid off with twice a year maintenance on heating and air. At one point I had 3 service contracts for home, rental home, and lake cottage. Lance has been our technician for all these years and he is very knowledgeable! I switched from a large company to this small family run company and never looked back!

They treat you like family. We have them come out twice a year to keep our air and furnace running efficiently. I never have to worry about calling them to schedule as they contact me. Jacob gets praise. He is such a kind gentleman. He always volunteers to turn on the basement lights so we dont have to make a trip by the furnance. And today he turned them off. He does a great job . We have the semi annual service so we see him at leasst twice a year. Thank you Jacob.

Okay these guys are just the best. Everytime I call in complete panic they are ALWAYS friendly and professional, they make it out to me first thing and are extremely fair in pricing. We are loyal customers for sure!

AC went out on a Saturday; we called Manz and they were here within an hour and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. So thankful!

Worst HVAC contractor in Indiana. The owner is rude and charges ridiculous fees for work that is not completed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.

In the shadowy vampire world of fossil fuel consumption, a blessed termite killing hard freeze assumption perpetuates. Our city takes zone 5 seriously! Thank God I didn’t have to afford quick and cheap baseboard money pits just to keep my cozy little cedar garden shack out of condemnation . I liked the look of that 1945 Chrysler steel and tin mill house sized furnace, but in a flash of planning and artistry, even the floors were warm! So, this is what central heat is like.... I’m still glad to know which logs to burn on a really cold night (oak, black walnut), and what will make quick and powerful flash of heat after emptying cold ashes (willow). Box Elder makes above average creasote, like pinnoak. Hickory is awe inspiring, and birch will never mess the rug. My brother still burns coal. Thanks for helping me go first! It takes a village. What a kick!
