TERRIBLE customer service from Kevin. Couldn't even repeat what I wanted 3 times over the phone, was jossling papers or driving and wasn't listening at all, and then he finally hung up the phone when I expressed that it was a bit weird that I didn't feel he was clearly listening. He clearly doesn't need more business if he treats potential customers with such carelessness. I was shocked.

Kevin is personable, professional and honest. He was quick to get us our quote and replace our AC and furnace!

i was very very pleased with the price and the work. i needed a new air conditioner and Manz Heating and Cooling was a much better price than other companies i received prices from. Great and fast work.:)

My air went out on father's day. I called manz and he was very helpful. He was very nice and quick about what needed to be done. He knows heating and air very well. He is coming back for my complete cleaning in the fall. Will hire him for any needs for my home.

Cannot say enough about this company! I called when our airconditioning stopped cooling our house on an 88° day, after hours, they responded and came out at 8 pm and fixed it quickly so we could sleep comfortably that night! And the price was very reasonable! Recommend them highly!

We have had issues for well over 5 years after a larger company installed a brand new AC Unit. We have had several companies out to try and find the issue, as it constantly freezes up. Nobody could figure out the issue, instead told us we need to replace all of the HVAC system including the ductwork. Kevin was able to find the issue, inform us what caused it and provide a solution. He also found a baby chipmunk nest in a unit, and replaced the wires while at our home. We will only trust Manz Heating and cooling with all of our HVAC needs.

Kevin and his assistant had everything ready for the installation of furnace, A/C and humidifier systems. They removed and disposed of the old systems. The time, as I remember, was about a half day per system. Delivery and down times were minimal and the price was very, very right. Both systems are working well.

Kevin was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable an A/C issues. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved at a fair price. He was the only HVAC professional who came out the same day in 90+ degree weather. I will definitely use his services again.

I had a great experience with Manz Heating and Cooling. Very responsive to text messages, which I appreciate. I was supposed to get my new AC and furnace on a Tuesday, but on Monday night a huge storm knocked out the power for three days in a heatwave. Even though he had damage to his property to deal with, Kevin came out and moved the equipment into my garage to wait for the power to be restored. As soon as the power came back, he came out the next day to do the install. We were never so grateful for the cool air! I felt he went above and beyond in a tough situation. Highly recommend.
