CAM has been my HVAC company for my business and home, for many years. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price and I will continue to use them for many more years.

I signed up for the maintenance package and received a call from Julie to set up my fall appointment. Julie was helpful in working me into the schedule. Jacob W. showed up right on time and checked everything over, changed my filters, cleaned, and made sure my thermostat was working properly. The technician always takes care to explain what he’s doing and what he’s looking for when inspecting our HVAC System. From what I’ve seen and for what has been explained to me I feel that Custom Assured Mechanical technicians do a very thorough job.

Custom Assured Mechanical has serviced our HVAC system since we moved in 2006. They have done a fantastic job,coming out in below zero temps to thaw out an iced over exhaust pipe. I have had no complaints and our service tech, Jacob, is excellent person.

We have used CAM for years and will continue to do so! We get bi annual cleaning/check ups on our furnace and air conditioner. Excellent, highly efficient, friendly, timely and respectful staff!!! The staff treats you like family/friends instead of another number. Highly recommend!

He knows our system and is very thorough with his inspection and cleaning of the system. He's very personable, conscientious, more like a member of our family.

When the furnace needs attention, they go right to work and continue to provide the best service we have ever had. If there were more stars, I would give them more.
