Called them one time and showed up on time and was the least expensive in town. Definitely would use them again.

They are far cheaper than most places, and the guy that came out wasn't going to leave until it was finished. I thought they were great.

Poor service never showed up talked to him 3 different times said he was having difficulty at the previous job but I'm still coming I understand things happen so cool I'm not tripping 3 hers go by still nothing so I call he says he still coming dont worry 2 more hrs go by and a no show and now won't answer the phone smh dont waste your time they aren't even worth the trouble it's sad really

I called them out to clear the tree roots out of my sewer and they showed up at 10 at night left around midnight and came back the next morning and still could not reslove my issue and charged me 300 dollars and it called root rotor and they came out 2 days later and cleared my line and was cheaper then these guys

They showed up and took care of raw sewage backing up into my house at a very affordable price. I'm only writing this review because my roots have grown back and I need to call them again. Great service.

Had to change review from the 1st time. Couple weeks later problem came up again, owner was not wanting to really get job done and they can't seem to keep help. With what they said had to be done was entirely different than what was done to fix problem. Been a month now and no problem. My advice is stay away from this company,

Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Crooked thieves who give false estimates, and lie. Took advantage, and I hope karma catches up very quickly. Anyone who calls you "partner" is distrustworthy from the get go. Let alone on disability, and yet own a company. Fraudulent much? If SSI and disability has a fraud department, then they should look into the owner of this place.

Shane and Chris were great! They were both professional, straightforward, and funny too. They are reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to any/everyone.

Would give no stars if possible. The owner Brad is a lair and a crook. Destoyed our back yard trying to "find" the broken tiles they thought it was under a huge old tree trunk
They dug out the trunk ( did not find the broken tile) left a huge hole and the huge stump in the middle of the yard. They damaged our flooring in the house and refuse to fix it. BRAD told us that he would be back in the spring to fill in and smooth out the yard and make sure that where they dug up the tile did not leave a rut when the ground settled. He never has done this.

The owner accepted the job, took our money, and never did any work. After multiple calls, he refused to return the payment or do the work. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It's unfortunate.

I am so appreciative that Affordable Sewer & Plumbing Answer my panick call on our croggled sewer line on Sunday evening.10/27/19 .The crew arrived around 8 pm looking tired from a long day but made sure my emergency was taking care of. To me take that was great service! . Early I had been turned down by three other companies ( one I had a service agreement with ) We take for granted when we shower, wash clothes, use the toliet until the system stops working. )I thank the Affordable Sewer & Plumbing staff so much . I requested that I be placed in a annually cleaning going forward.

Had someone scheduled to come out between 1 and 3. I called the main office at 330 when the technician still hadn't shown up. I was told he would be there in 30 min. The office called me back 5 min later and said it could be up to an hour. 430 came and went. The technician finally called a little after 5 and said it would be 30-45 min. He then called back 40 min later asking if we could reschedule. The professionalism of this place is extremely lacking. If you value your time at all do not use this company.

Steve, did a great job cleaning the drain lines. He was careful to make sure everything was draining well before he left the job. The rates are very fair for weekend service. I am highly satisfied !!

Crooks. They did my sewer line 2 yrs ago for 4500 and it plugged up again because they only replaced the beginning and the end of the line and not the middle!!! Took them 3 weeks to complete the job. A-AA made me a new line in 1 day!!!. Do not use affordable sewer services it will cost you again in the future!!! Also they only have a 1 year warranty which they did not state at the time of service. When I called them back in june of 2020 with my concerns they said their was nothing they could do for me.
