I was greatly surprised by the availability and expertise that the crew from Gene’s Sewer Service showed me today. They answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable with what they were doing and what to look out for going forward. The were able to fix the clog issue in the pipe leading out of my home efficiently . The service was affordable and fair. Thank you Gene’s Sewer Service!!

I called Gene’s on a Monday morning at 10:30 to clean a drain at my mother’s house and by 2:30 that afternoon, Josh arrived. All I heard from my mother was how kind and polite he was. They patiently searched for the drain in her yard for about 30 minutes (my mom had no idea where it was) and after clearing it, replaced it with a white cap so we’d be able to find it in the future. Given their very reasonable prices, quick response time, and how kind they were to my mother, I will definitely call Gene’s again when we need plumbing work. Thank you!!!

Josh showed up on time and quickly. He diagnosed the problem and had the necessary equipment. I believe he had x-ray vision, knowing where all the dips and turns inside the wall.

Copeland Contracting completed the plumbing work on my unfinished basement, which did not have a bathroom in the basement. I now have a fully functioning bathroom in my basement with - toilet, sink with vanity and shower. Since the bathroom completion I have had several family members using the shower in the basement and it works Great!!!

They overcharge greatly compared to others and they had only one person working and took an hour to get a couple fittings. Went to Menards after and saved $156 for one thing. Now I wish I would've gotten everything at Menards.

Hi folks well if you a person that's handy if you're a home owner live in an apartment and you're good at fixing up your kitchen or your bathroom or you need some plumbing supplies. I got to say , is a first class operation. They cover from the average Joe right up to the municipal city , state, and they do it all the way to your bathroom cabinet, right up to a fire hydrant , and plumbing .thatgoes on the ground you for your water supply . These people are really nice . They are national company they take care of business. And if I was building a house and I needed some stuff I would go there . They're like the Walmart of the plumbing supply world. So I say hats off to the people then run this organization the people you have working for you is are really professional and they do your company Justice thank you.
